This is the best gym 100%; there is no beating it. I have been to many gyms. I was a AAA soccer player for many years, as well as a rugby player. I know what rigorous training is, and what I can say is that the training is amazing and very legit, and the coaches are helpful, kind, and just awesome. It has a nice family vibe to it, and is a welcoming environment. I recommend this gym to everyone, and everyone who has tried it, loves it. You will work out body parts you didn't even know needed working out!
