I had a wonderful experience with this business. The owner is kind and caring. I came to the island for a vacation and was wanting to rent scooters for my children. Although he had no scooters to rent, the owner went out of his way to supply me with two scooters as a courtesy. He was very prompt with communication. I would recommend this business to anyone. The owner is amazing!

Our family visiting from Alberta rented two e-bikes from James this weekend so we could all go exploring together. It was a very last minute idea but James answered the call and delivered the bikes within an hour. They extended the rental with ease as they were having so much fun. Fantastic service and the bikes worked great!

We had an amazing time touring the trails around Parksville on e-bikes with James. He is so knowledgeable about the history of the area as well as the local flora and fauna. We loved it, and would highly recommend this fun activity to anyone!

What an amazing experience we had when renting a cruiser bike last week in Parksville. We stayed at a resort and the company delivered the bike right to our cabin to next day! Everything you needed was provided to use the bike safely including a helmet, lock, lights, and basket. It was a smooth ride that made my stay in Parkville unforgettable. Highly recommend using this company if you want an affordable bike rental with excellent customer service.

5 stars to James, who took us on the 3 hour tour. E cruisers were great! The trails were scenic and you will explore so much natural beauty - Go Bike Go Play. Add this to your vacation plans! Highly recommend.

James provided expert knowledge and service for our group e-bike rental. We had a great overview of how to use the bikes before setting off on our ride. I highly recommend his company for rentals in the Oceanside area of Vancouver Island, BC. Go for it!

We had such a fun day! My new husband and I were just passing through Parksville on our honeymoon and found through a local bike cycle shop this guy James through Google! Amazing service and awesome guy to talk to! He will bring you bikes to just about any location and even give great recommendations of where to go! 10/10 would definitely do again! Oh! And would recommend this to anyone!

I needed to get some experience on an electric assist bike and go bike go play had exactly what I needed. Plus they delivered right to my location, gave very patient instruction, gave me time to practice, so when I left for my 4 hour ride, I left pretty confident. And I had a terrific ride., I highly recommend this company.

I was recently on the Island to visit family and friends. James hooked me up with a beautiful bike to explore some trails. The service and equipment were top notch! Can't wait to get back and do it all over again.
