I received my custom kitchen knives from Ed, and they are now my favorite ones in my kitchen.Eds knowledge and eye to detail is evident, in all of our chats, his ability is evident.Wonderful in so many ways, and cant wait to visit him again.

Jim is an amazing teacher. A perfectionist, but very patient and explains everything.The two day course is great value, and an experience you will not forget.And as a bonus, you will walk away with a custom knife, that will last generations.Highly recommended!
