Once I entered the building it was a good experience. I was given clear instructions regarding my testing and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only reason I took off one star is because there was no signage on the outside of the building with the name Canadian Travel Clinics. The building only indicates that it is a pharmacy.

EDIT: After seeing the owner's response, just wanted to clarify they agreed to reimburse me for my other test ONLY if I agreed to take down this review. Interesting how they didn't mention that fact...This was a needlessly stressful experience. Extremely poor customer service.I had booked and paid in advance for an appointment for a Covid PCR test for travel. with their Mississauga partner pharmacy on Friday September 17th. I was travelling on Monday, September 20th. Following the test, I was assured, as was prominently displayed on their website, and on my invoice, that the test would be ready by 6pm Saturday. The pharmacist told me to take a photo of the toll free number to call Canadian Travel Clinics, since once the sample is delivered to the lab for testing, they no longer have control over the situation.I then heard nothing from Canadian Travel Clinics. Despite having left my email and my phone number on the form, it was only at 5:49pm on Saturday evening that they left a garbled voice mail to the effect that someone had not delivered the sample, and that my results would not be ready until 2:00pm on Monday, 5 hours after my flight was supposed to leave. At no point in the voice message was an apology made, nor any attempt made to rectify the situation. As it turns out, I was not able to retrieve that message until noon on Sunday as I was in an area of poor reception, but query what I was supposed to do at 6pm on a Saturday in any event. Surely they must have known that my sample was not delivered prior to 11 minutes before their guarantee. At no point did they attempt to contact me by my email provided. I would have thought that given the time sensitive nature of the travel test they would at least have made an attempt to send an email, or text, when I had not picked up the phone. At the end of the message, they did say they would refund my fee, but that is small consolation and the absolute minimum legally required when you do not provide what you agreed to provide, in the time you guaranteed to provide it. Terrible. On Sunday morning, not having received an email, and after checking my spam folder, I frantically began calling their toll free number on the land line. Surprise, surprise...nobody works the toll free number on Sunday.I phoned numerous times between 9am and 2pm and finally left a voicemail. I phoned the pharmacist, I emailed Canadian Travel Clinics with an URGENT heading - and absolute radio silence from them today, other than a request to write this review. How can a company that knows that the delivery of results is vital, time sensitive and can have severe repercussions act like this? I am dumbfounded by the profound lack of respect for their clients. In the end, I had to make another urgent appointment with another provider, pay again for another test and waste another 2 hours of my day.The good news is my test was negative, but the entire experience highlighted for me what an absolute horror show of customer service these guys are.If they can ensure an email gets sent to my account asking for a review, why in the name of all that is holy can they not manage to respond to numerous phone calls, emails and voice mails.Maybe they should consider letting people know that they can't be reached on the weekend - or maybe they just don't care.

Very good service. I had to travel in a hurry and booked the covid test late at night for the first available time in the morning of the following day. The results came to my inbox in less than 1 hour after taking the test.

My husband and I needed rapid COVID19 antigen tests done to fly to San Diego California in late Aug. 2021. After we booked our appointments ,we received confirmation emails . The tests were done promptly and the lab expedited the results in a very timely fashion. We were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to answer our questions .

Scammers!!! They blocked my mother from posting her bad review so I’m posting this on her behalf.BEWARE: they try to bribe people with $150 to remove their bad review! Here is my mom’s experience:“I thought I would get a heart attack when I called them the evening before our flight asking why our COVID PCR swab results were not emailed yet. The lady was trying hard to use fancy words. She mumbled something about “the logistics” and that we will get our results on Monday (our flight was on Sunday). The best part: they are NOT even responsible for anything, because they will have you sign a waiver right before your test. If you don’t sign it, you won’t get tested and they will keep your money that you paid upfront. You will then have nowhere else to go, because of all the time you wasted there; not to mention that every other clinic is by appointment only. She was “sorry for the inconvenience”… Inconvenience!?!? You ruined our trip! Our long awaited and well deserved trip of two Front line workers that cost us over $2800 in cancellation fees!”

Clinic and appointment was fine. But, I didn't get the PCR results at the guaranteed time. I got them 5 hours after their publicized guarantee. Just for that, I wouldn't use these people again. I am paying for a time sensitive test and I didn't receive that service.

Good efficient service.Initial specimen collection seemed like it wasn’t deep or thorough enough compared to other PCR tests I had done.Inquired with the pharmacist directly and ultimately he redid the test and went brain stabbingly deep. That’s the good stuff. Good place for what it is.Results took longer than expected to arrive but understandable with the increased demand on the labs.

Horrible experience. Do not go for test here. I took the 72hrs PCR Test for travel at this clinic. I took this on Monday at 11:40am and they guarantee results by 6pm following day. It is Wednesday and am already at the airport and I still haven’t received my test or the refund that they assured if I don’t get my test results by 9am Wednesday. I am trying to call their helpline since morning but not able to get any response. I had to get test done at airport. I strongly recommend not trusting them to avoid stressful travel prep. Instead take one at airport clinic.

Although the site is not that of a luxury pharmacy, don´t let the façade fool you. I had an excellent experience at the clinic! No waiting time, personalized service and wonderful care that made me feel in a safe environment. The results were delivered clearly, accurately and way before expected. I definitely recommend!
