So I went to this location today to order the my box" which comes with either wings or fries. First off they tell me they don't have any more wings or bites. Cool. I called my son to see what he wanted so he said just get it with fries. So I go back in to order the "my box" with the fries. One box came up to 15 and change I asked her why

Order $44 worth of pizza, it was the large original price, alongside 3 mediums for $5 each. They cooked the pizza enough to be considered “to standard” from the top side, while completely raw from the bottom side. I called and visited the store a second time to talk to customer service, just for them to refuse any refund, and only remake 1 of the 4 pizzas. They said they would overcook it, just to make the same soggy and wet mess again. Sadly inedible, waste of money, had to make 2 trips just to be told no. I would rate it 1 but at least they gave something, even if it was raw…

Customer service is horrible. First they gave me a cold pizza. Then when I called to complain they would not replace it. So I called head office to complain about their staff and the store lied and said they gave me a free pizza already. And then they said I was not allowed to go back there again after I pick up the replacement pizza!!!!

Placed an order with them, and I messed up my order - wings. Gave them a call back right away with no response, and by the time I can connect with someone it was already been delivered within 15 minutes! The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY nice, delivery man should get a raise - he was VERY PERSONABLE, funny and what a hardworking Indian man he is. Tip your driver please! And pizza is pizza. The pizza was great. Don't know why everyone is complaining about quality. It's PIZZA! The lady gave me a small discount which is fair. I made the mistake, and they didn't pick up the phone (must have been very busy). Thank you again, and I hope the manager sees this and talk to the delivery guy and show him this. YOU ARE AWESOME!! I served 15 people with the pizza, and it was nothing but full stomachs, and laughter as it should be! ~ Enjoy your pizza everyone. Not that serious

I was a bit skeptical on ordering from this location because of the negative reviews, and my usual had location closed down (hwy 10 & eglinton). However, I thought “lets give it a try, bc reviews can be biased” or sometimes it even depends on the time. My order was great! Tasted awesome, along with the appropriate amount of toppings and good service (delivery).

Terrible service! It seems that they didn't have all the ingredients that I ordered, so they decided to fake them. When I complained about it, they denied that and start making false statements. In my opinion they are so dishonest. Don't trust your family's food to them. Also, the place is messy and with signals of poor hygiene.

This place is truly unprofessional, disgusting, rude, and unsanitary.How do I even begin? I spend a total of $76.74 on TWO MED BOXES and they still manage to get it wrong. This purchase was placed on January 1st 2023 through uber. One med box was a pepperoni pizza and one was a veggie lover. One box came in with no sealed sticker, very old and stale, and we found a piece of HAIR. This is disgusting, and very gross. Did I also mention that they have us BOTH VEGGIE LOVERS?!Once I called this place they said they “we can’t do anything about it since it’s on uber” The lady who was on the phone gave me nothing but unhelpful attitude, HORRIBLE RUDE costumer service, and was so unprofessional. Mangers are you aware of this act? Please learn how to mange your foolish employees cause sooner or later you WILL lose costumers. or even better, you guys will shut down if this continues. OH I almost forgot, I told the girl on the phone that she was were giving horrible costumer service and she had the audacity to said “it’s okay.” and as for the manger you should be ASHAMED of this behaviour.uber only have HALF the refund. This is truly upsetting.If you’re a health inspector PLEASE check this place out :)

The person that took my order gave herself a tip.Typically I’d give a tip based off performance but rather, she added the tip herself into the machine without asking or letting me decide whether I wanted to leave a tip or not. The order was supposed to come to $41.79 after tax but rather it came to $43.49. Not only did she help herself, but she was quite disassociated from her customers since she kept picking up the phone rather than tending to customers who has started ordering. I wonder how many other people paid without notice, that amount would add up.

I used to love ordering from this location but when my order arrived like this (see photos) after spending over $60 on our order we were SO disappointed. Calling to tell them about them and being told this is how it always comes was a whole other frustration. And yes...it tasted as soggy and undercooked as it looks.
