Ignorance all time staff. Supervisor is just as ignorant as her staff . Don't ever get bullied by them . Both drive through and indoor service.

This Tim's is a very convenient and fast paced one. I came here a few days ago and I was very skeptical on what drink to get because it was my first time getting a drink at a Tim's, so naturally I needed time to think. The cashier was very kind and patient about it and told me to take my time since the store wasn't that busy.After a few minutes of thinking I finally decided on what to get and the quality of the food was very good and adequete. The store is well kept and clean, but the interior and exterior atmosphere and the crowd isn't ideal.I would say its a very good Tim's overall, but not the perfect atmosphere to stay and eat, study, or just hang out.

Me and my friend Pagla Choda Fahim, we both were high in one fine evening. We took hot chocolate, Boston cream and Canadian maple. Although Pagla Choda Fahim couldn’t order as he was too high (in Neptune) and was laughing like a idiot. I had to order all of these above, but I made him pay, at least for the hot chocolates.The store is full with joy and laughter. Saw a few cranky folks like us as well. Writing this review while staying high the same evening..

Trash, shouldnt be allowed to operate a franchise. This is why Tim's loses money. I no longer to to tims because of this. Dont even awnser phone after 20 mins. Why do you pay these people .?? You should just close you do Tim Hortons a disgrace.

It’s really dirty, and when I got an icecap and egg wrap i felt something was off especially with my drink and immediately afterwards I started to cough and get sick.

Third class I mean Never go to this Tim Hortons the manager here is extremely rude and I got a steeped tea they gave me 4 times cold tea … very very very bad ! Extremely sad with this Tim Hortons and staff is pathetic !

The manager of this establishment is incompetent in his work. Rude, grimacing, seeing that we are from Ukraine, we do not speak English well! Even if we do not understand the language very well, we have lived in many countries of the world and have never met such a boorish attitude towards customers from the manager. The manager's service is not satisfactory. And it's constant!!!

In the later afternoon to evening some of these employees are so ignorant, rude to staff & customers - very toxic environment sadly! I use to love stopping for my Tim's after work but in process of finding new one I like.

Good doughnut, tasty peach quencher, and hydrating water. I enjoyed the staff, although upset that washrooms are for customers only.
