Mary Brown's Chicken
I was excited when Mary browns opened a new location closer to me. I've tried it 3 times here in Steinbach, each time worse the the last. Not impressed at all. The first time the chicken was so greasy it was inedible. And this last time I ordered a big mary combo that was served on a smashed bun with wilted lettuce and mayo slopped on only a small part of the sandwich and most on the box??

Outstanding! The Big Mary sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Today I had the Spicy Mary and it was spicy! Great chicken and the Taters are fantastic! Staff are always smiling. Best chicken place in Steinbach!

Lady behind counter was pleasant and restaurant was clean. We had two big Mary's the chicken was tender pickle bun and sauce was good. The seasoning in the batter...if there was any was invisible. If it wasn't for the pickle and sauce it had NO flavor.

Bucket of chicken for Sunday lunch. Chicken is super greasy and has a very weird flavor. Weird like the way milk starts to go bad weird, smelled and looked fine but could only take one bite before stomach said nope. Have tried again months later and it’s still the same weird flavor. No, I will not contact you about my experience. Most of the reviews on Mary Brown’s Chicken Steinbach seem to be fake, I would suspect that claims from past employees of this establishment stating they had been instructed to leave positive reviews to be a true statement.

Mary Brown's Chicken
Went and got a Big Mary (chicken burger) and taters. The staff was friendly and the menu simple and relatively easy to understand. The food was ready in a good amount of time. Amazingly, the food actually didn’t have that deep fried fast food smell, and actually smelled sort of home made! The burger was great, chicken was perfectly done, and the taters were really good as well. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed.Only one person taking orders and also making the food. Took over 45 min for our food. When we got the Big Mary sandwich, there was mold on the bottom of the bun.After complaining they gave me a new burger, but that one also had mold on it.I went back and he told me, it’s only on the Bun, but agreed to give me a new one. I couldn’t believe he said that.

I enjoy spicy chicken. Was hoping for a marinated crunchy moist chicken.It was spicy but only on the outside of the skin. It looks like they just dump seasoning on their regular chicken.

I love Mary browns it’s the best especially Mary browns Chicken but this particular location closes too early and has very few staff so you’ll have to wait for ages to even make your order
