We just bought our BMW from here yesterday! They had a great selection in their inventory to work well within all budgets. Both the sales agent as well as the sales manager were really helpful, knowledgeable, and worked well to help us get a deal together. They were really fair in their offer for my trade as well as offered good value for money with respect to the vehicle itself. They also offer servicing as well - good to know that you can take your vehicle in to be serviced with the proper tech! I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle with them and would recommend!

Really happy bringing my car here for service. Had a negative experience with another shop incorrectly diagnosing a problem my car was having. I did a bit of research on the problem, found out about AutoMarket Okanagan, brought my car in for service and they correctly found and changed out the non working part. Recently brought my car in for A/C service and they were honest with what the issue was and fixed it while earning my trust in the process. Thank you!

I've had nothing but really good experiences with Automarket since I began dealing with them and couldn't imagine taking my Audi elsewhere.Another thing to note is an issue arose after a repair where a small oil leak developed and while that can be frustrating they told me to bring the car back the next day and had it fixed for me completely free of charge.I have nothing but respect for the transparency and communication from Marella and the honest work they do while keeping you informed on their findings and honoring their work and warranty without making you feel like you're inconveniencing them or trying to get something for free.If you're looking for efficient, honest work done on your car I couldn't recommend them more, and going off of what I've seen on these other reviews when the time comes for a new car I will be paying the other side of the office a visit. I recently purchased a MB convertible from AutoMarket Okanagan and I must say, after several decades of purchasing vehicles, my experience here at AMO was hand-down exceptional! Nav (Sales) is a very knowledgable and pro-active professional, while Jay (GM) and Marella (Service) did everything to ensure that I had complete confidence in my purchase. A couple of things on the vehicle needed some attention following the purchase after I drove it away - I was delighted that the AMO team stepped up to the plate and 100% resolved all of my concerns without any hassle at all! I was looking for a new vehicle and my friend said that I should get into a BMW. wanted a four door sedan with a nice sleek design and must be a hatchback. Was looking on Facebook market place and found a white 2015 BMW 435I Gran Coupe with them red seat!! Now I live in Chilliwack and the vehicle was 188km away. So before I even wanted to come down and see it, I contacted them and Stephan the sales rep directed me to Krystal - finance manager. So I did the Pre-approval with Krystal and Stephan emailed me a link to take photos of my trade in. Now this was 4:30pm on Friday. They stayed in touch with me until they close 6pm. Saturday they called and said I was approved!! Told them I Would come next Saturday to pick up as I work 6 to 7 days a week, but got too excited and called on Monday to ask if I could pick it up. Krystal called back and said she will make it happen and get the car ready for me. Took one of my friend that is new to B.C. and never been to Kelowna, so it wasn't just a car trip. Came in and test drive the vehicle. Now I've never owned and a luxury vehicle and never been in a BMW 435I Gran Coupe. Vehicle out performed my expectations for a new daily driver. Now I am manager at automotive shop in Chilliwack so i'm very lucky to be able to work on my own vehicle. The vehicle came with warranty and the dealership already spent some time and did some repairs to get it all ready! They did the oil pan gasket did the oil filter housing gasket did the valve cover gasket oil change full detail everything!! I was amazed of the quality of vehicles that they are selling and the care for them. Also the price was amazing and made me seal the deal and drive 3 hours away. There goes to show big dealerships aren't always the best. I am so happy that I did business with AutoMarket Okanagan and the best part was they told me it came with a second set of rims but the rims were the ones that I wanted!! Niche Gamma Rims 20 also it was staggered set up which was perfect for the vehicle. ahahahThank you guys again and if you are a customer looking to get into a new vehicle AutoMarket Okanagan is your first stop!! Something about driving a new car three hours home is the coolest experience. Never thought buying a car online would be so relaxing! Felt like I ordered takeout food. I bought my 2014 Mercedes E550 from these guys about a month and a half ago. They were great from the start. I felt really comfortable during my sale and didn’t feel pushed at all. He let me test drive any vehicle I felt I needed to test drive before I made my choice. I came back twice to test drive vehicles but I couldn’t get that E550 out of my head (the first car I test drove) when we came back the second time I knew it was the Audi I originally came for or the Merc. In the end I left with 550. Nav the sales man was awesome he cleaned the car before I left and gave me a decent deal on the car. The finance man (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) was also awesome to deal with, he got me a good rate, explained my warranty and got me out of there in no time. Thanks guys will definitely recommend.

This is a TOP NOTCH dealership. This really cannot be said for many used car shops. But they really do stand behind their product and have been a pleasure to work with.
