United is great for rentals. They don't keep there equipment for a long time and rent worn out tools as some rental places do to maximize the return on investment. When there is any issues the send out someone to switch tools right away. Great Service!Thank you.

I was here about a month ago and I remember the visit vividly. I needed to rent some equipment and I spoke with Cam on the phone about it.Not only did he help me arrange the rental with great recommendations, but when I arrived, he was the one to help me pick up the equipment.The units didn't fit into my vehicle's trunk so he immediately got to work arranging a trailer and he set all of the equipment up securely on the trailer without a moment of hesitation. He went over the details of how everything worked and what was required for me to return everything.He showed a noticeable concern for my interests and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. This level of customer service is exceptional and it always deserves a mention to at least give a modicum of credit where due.Thanks Cam!! I'm recommending others to work with United so they can get taken care of like I was.

Overall UR associates are very prompt to respond to any technical difficulties experienced onsite.

Did my harness and aerial here and I enjoyed it. I have done it online before and also in the city. Very surprised that there was a lot of useful information I had not picked up before. Would recommend to everybody to get certified here.
