Soul Happy Kids Yoga
I’m so grateful I decided to do this. My 4 year old enjoyed this so much. So many incredible moments where she learned to slow down and breathe, listen to her heart. Ms. Emma was incredible and taught me a few thing. I will do every event she has. We loved it and left with happy, happy souls. Great, welcoming, safe space for kids and parents.

Soul Happy Kids Yoga
My kindergarten class loved our sessions with Miss Emma! The activities were engaging and attainable for the kids, the pace of the lessons were great, and there was a perfect balance of silly and serious. My students had a wonderful time and looked forward to our yoga sessions each week! They arrived excited and always left happy! It was a wonderful experience all around!
