This store is well run, and the service level is fantastic. I went in there not really knowing what I was looking for, and the nice young lady on cash, helped me figure out the product I was looking for. The product is for my Grandson and he will be so pleased. Thanks to the staff , I was rather clueless about the gift I wanted.This store is right beside Kelsey’s in the back. Lots of parking , lots of selection. I will return again no doubt. Highly recommended and thanks again to the young lady who helped

Two Fridays in a row I've shown up for the latest Pokemon series sets and both times I've been successful. They don't mark up prices like most other retailers, and have stock in store for the people who miss out on online purchases due to scalpers and robots. It makes me happy to see a retailer not taking advantage of people on an uber-popular item. Staff is super friendly as well!!

Just received the best service ever. Called the store right before closing since I was looking for a Halloween costume for my kid ( thought he would fit in the one from previous year since it was bigger then but nah he sprouted). The store manager was amazing, he agreed to wait for an extra 8 mins while I rushed to the store to pick up the Captain American costume.Bonus the costume was 50% off. :)

Amazing customer service. Being under a stay at home order, Mastermind is offering curbside pickup for their customers. Placed an order and they emailed within minutes that it was ready for pickup. Definitely recommend to anyone needing gifts during lock down or any time of year.

We had an amazing experience with Mastermind Toys and their extra special birthday gift program for children of members— our 2-year-old with special needs got to pick out her own Hoodie Pup, and it was so easy! The staff are all friendly and the service we got was awesome. We will continue to shop here, as we were blown away! Way better than the other “biggest name” toy store.
