Love this place! It’s interesting seeing the bad reviews here, as someone that has been in the lifestyle and shopping at adult stores for years, this is hands down the nicest adult store I’ve been in and their prices to me are reflective of the quality of their products. My partner and I have purchased multiple toys here and they are always from the reputable brands, not the cheap stuff you can find at other shops. Maybe that’s just us but we’ve always found their prices fair and the service to be great. They have some nice bondage that can be a little pricey but it’s nice to have a place in the city that offers higher end options.

I've been going to Honey Gifts-both locations- for years now. I absolutely love this place! Very classy shops with great service and a great selection of products. The Gastown location has some stunning lingerie.

Definitely felt no sense of service. I came in excited to shop and splurge but felt like I was a bother to sales associate just zero energy. I left and went to Victoria secret got amazing service. Wish I just had a more friendly " environment"

I enjoyed an excellent workshop experience at Honey hosted by Alex and Brooke. Alex ran the workshop with patience and expertise, she listened to questions, and she built a very comfortable learning environment. Brooke shared her knowledge of the products available through the shop and was very helpful in making choices after the workshop was over. The shop itself is small but not cramped, with a wide selection that feels like a high end experience to browse.Can't wait to go again.

If you love high end erotic wear and toys they have the best in the city. Too bad they have the rudest most disinterested staff I have seen in this city. Really the staff is horrible. Imagine going to buy a grand in leather goods, be the only one in the store and be treated like you're not worthy of their attention and good service.Not sure if this is owners down or not, but this was not my first experience with this and I gave them three chances. Also many of the rings they sell are half the price online.2 stars because they have nice stuff and that's it.

Was here on Friday and had incredible service. The girls are knowledgeable and attentive and make the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. The store itself is easily the classiest adult store I’ve ever been in
