I'll start off with the good, the staff were so great and helpful. The atmosphere also seemed super cozy and friendly.Unfortunately the food did not live up to this... Wasn't the worst take out I've ever had, but by far the worst Thai. Pad Thai was bland and the curry was not even close to traditional Thai food.Would have felt much better about the food but the portions were tiny and prices were exorbitant.

Great food, cute outdoor patio, wonderful owner.This place is owned by a Thai lady so the flavours are authentic and delicious. They were accommodating and made our dishes vegetarian. Food was a lot better then the majority of Thai places back home in the lower mainland.Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The service is SLOW! No debit or credit. Waitress took 20 mins to get water. Food was small portions. Red curry did not have a coconut cream base. Very dissatisfied.

Our order was missing one item completely, and we received the wrong rice. The manager insisted twice that I was wrong about the order, but said she would refund the missing dish. After each of us had a few very disappointing bites; the chicken and mussels tasted off (though I didn't mention this to the manager because I felt she would ignore me), I decided to drive 30 minutes to return the entire meal. I was refunded only the missing dish. I left the entire meal on the counter. Spring rolls were burned on the outside and raw on the inside.

Thank you for the beautiful experience and the lovely food. The owner is very personable and a great cook. My brother and I enjoyed the experience of Thailand food. We will be back.

Arrived at Osoyoos in late afternoon; after a wonderful walk along the lake, we decide to go Asian food tonight and randomly picked Dolci Thai Bistro. Had tried chicken in Penticton for lunch, so we ordered beef, salmon and rice. They cooked stir fry beef with vegetables and special Thai source; it is the best beef I ever tasted! Apologies, we didn't take a picture of the beef, but I got some hues of that authentic Thai :)

Thai atmosphere- the restaurant is uniquely and authentically designed. The owner is friendly and kind. The service was very slow (it seems that the hostess was both the waitress and the cook). The food was fine. The Pad Tai was too oily but the taste was good. I will note that it was possible to change ingredients in the dish.
