A cute place for coffee when driving through the town.. can get busy at times and the drive thru is normally backed up but major location.

Service was good. Drinks were good. Food was good(what we got of it). They were out of some food items. We tried to order sandwiches and they were out of buns and out of some meat and this was in the middle of the day not in the evening. I don't know if someone forgot to prepare items or if a manager failed to order enough but someone dropped the ball. Other than that the service was good and the products we did get were timmies usual quality.

Terrible service. Staff obviously hate being there and take it out on customers. Very sad to see. Go to the other cafes down the street save yourself the hassle

Seemed understaffed for how busy it was. Most of the emphasis and workers were on drive thru and not counter.

I've ordered the lime chicken bowl pretty regularly from Tim Hortons out in Hagersville and Cayuga. So I thought nothing of it when I ordered from here as well. The portion size is 1/3 that of every other Tim Hortons I've been too. They refused to add anything to it despite my girlfriend reiterating they are the only Timmies to skimp on ingredients like this. Not worth $10 save yourself the hassle don't order food here.

This company does not care about the quality/quantity of food items at all anymore. The donuts are so small now it's ridiculous that they can ask the price they do. Tim Horton would cry if he were alive to see how greed has taken over. I'm pretty sure this wasn't the way it started!!!

This place is always busy, so I completely understand how my issues with this location could occur, but I'm a regular here and it's rare that they get my order correct or even that they have everything in stock. They do get you your order pretty quick though once you pull up to the window at the drive though, so there's that.
