Our first stroller experience was with Amazon, we tried several days but the stroller was vibrating our belowed one on the asphalt and pedestrian too. It was good brand but we returned. We decided look West Coast Kids store try and buy. Explained them and wanted try in their parking lot. Although i would give them my id, they did not allow to use it on outside. The company expect from customers decide in shop and spend thousond dollars then satisfy about this purchase. I am sure after several days of use they would not accept any return because of such reason. Continue to buy everything from Amazon!

Had an absolutely amazing experience here start to finish!! Went in to compare Rear/Forward Facing car seats for our little one and the staff were so helpful! Shirley in particular was, literally, running around for me and I can’t believe how easy it was to get what I needed ! Thanks so much you guys !! - love from a grateful, busy mama ♥️

It seams like the staff are bothered when “helping” you here. I was looking at buying an entire baby room set worth around $4,500. Had to speak to the manager about price matching another competitor which they refused. I ended up ordering the entire set from Dear born baby in Ontario for $700 less with shipping included. It blows my mind how someone in charge of this location is not willing to work with you to earn your business. Brutal customer service.

Highly recommend supporting this location and company. West coast kids staff is knowledgable and truly care about backing products carried in the store. All interactions with staff upon visiting the store have been informative and allowed me to purchase practical, great quality items that we use on the regular with our children. Recently, I experienced an issue with a baby monitor. Upon contacting the South location, Karen and her team worked with a product rep and myself to rectify an issue with a baby monitor. Thanks WCK for providing this reliable Canadian baby store!

I had a really unfortunate experience with WCK yesterday. I like to shop local, even though for this particular purchase, it would’ve been easier (& cheaper) to buy it online and have it shipped to my door, on the other end of the city. I accidentally purchased the wrong color for my Uppababy Vista 2 rumble seat (the Emmett vs. the Finn), which was purchased late last week. My husband was doing me a favour on Mother’s Day and had already torn up and recycled the box. All other packaging was as-is and they refused to exchange my item or give me store credit. Note, this seat was $325…which is absolutely ridiculous as it is, but I was already deep in the Uppababy stroller hole and we’re having our baby tomorrow. I will never be shopping at WCK again and have and will happily tell my story to my mom friends and anyone who will listen, who are absolutely furious. I’m a very disappointed past customer and was shocked with how I was treated. This is the first google review I have ever left…which tells you how mad this experience has made me.

Nice and helpful staff. They’ve got everything baby needs! Mostly high-end pricey products. Organized and well laid out. Sometimes, parking is a challenge because there are other shops in the area too.

Met the owner Theresa and was so impressed with her knowledge and passion for educating parents and caregivers! I’ve been teaching and attending CPR classes for nearly 30 years and this was by far the most fun class in all my years and she was so inclusive to let my little humans participate !! Thank you!

West Coast have some of the independent and sustainable-forward brands that you won’t find in any commercial stores. They have almost everything that we need, from bottles, diaper bags, bath care to baby apparel, cribs, strollers and toddler scooters.

Nice product but the service is not good. Often 3-4 staff gathered at the till and ignoring the customers who are waiting for assistance. When I asked for help today the young lady seemed annoyed and wanted to return to the cash desk area. She told me an item wasn’t available in back stock without checking and walked away. I asked another staff member if I could buy the display and she told me they have more in the back. This is not the first time I’ve experienced something like this.
