The guy that works here is too pushy, couldn't shop in peace & he's not good with discounts. He was gonna over charge me...then charge me for the supposed FREE gift...luckily the ladies helped him. He does not seem very professional and honestly don't know how he's qualified for this job.... again thank God for the ladies and their professionalism.

Amazing store personnel! Their wonderful sales associate Bettina is really awesome! She provided such great help with all my questions, her knowledge of all the products and deals is amazing, and her approach to the clients is charming, and her customer service is fantastic and truly exemplery.Kudos to the store manager Brianna for getting and training such a great team!Also, a package with my order came really quickly, and everything was packed so lovely! Amazing products, amazing scents, amazing service, what else one could wish for?

L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE
I had visited L'Occitane at Toronto Premium and while I was shopping with my 16 year old daughter the sales associate looked at us and announced that if anyone wasn't going to buy anything that they should leave the store. That was extremely disrespectful as we were both shopping and had items waiting at the cash counter while we were still shopping. We ended up purchasing over $130 worth of items and were given a sample with our purchase. Once we got home we saw that the sample was empty. This whole experience was horrible. I expect a much more enjoyable experience from L'Occitane.

I visited this store last week. The sales rep was very helpful. She explained the benefits of each and every product i was interested in and also recommended what will be most suitable product for my skin. Amazing service , good variety of products and good management.
