Mackage

Unfair business practices with respect to product returns, but, the company did end up refunding our initial purchase after we returned the 1st jacket purchased, and, purchased a 2nd jacket from Mackage that was one size larger.At the time, their website stated with respect to returns:Shipping costs are on us (certain exclusions apply) and there is no customs fee/duty. Please try items in the comfort of your own home. For up to 30 days, if you don't like them, or they don't fit, just visit one of our Flagship Stores to return the item or request a return online. Sale and Promotional items purchased online cannot be returned in stores.Our online purchase was charged to our credit card on Nov 21, 2020, the same day it was shipped, and we received the jacket on approximately November 26, 2020. We tried to contact Mackage on Christmas day to exchange the jacket that we purchased for our daughter but a representative was not available. The jacket did not fit true to size, it was size xxs and fit much smaller. So the next day, after being told on the phone that a manager was not working, we were able to reach a manager by the name of Madieyna on Dec 26, 2020 who initially stated that they would not permit us to return or exchange the jacket for a larger size because it was shipped more than 30 days ago. This was different than what their website stated. As an update, in mid-January, 2021, Mackage permitted us to purchase a 2nd jacket, one size larger, and, return the jacket initially purchased.

EDIT: Tried to leave a negative review directly on their website and they moderated" it. Customer service claims they cannot remove reviews.This is a review for their ecommerce platform. Terrible returns process. It states that returns are processed as fast as possible when in fact it's common practice for them to take 7 to 10 business days from receiving the product. This should absolutely be disclosed as it's looking like it'll take close to a month for my return to be processed. Intentionally misleading customers.On top of that

Walked into the store by chance and happened to be attended by Alexandra Peretz. Was amazed by her knowledge about the products, her enthusiasm and the extreme attentiveness she paid to customer requirements. I was in and out of the store in 15 mins with the Edward X jacket. Kudos to her and the team :) Store etiquettes and customer excellence at its finest.

Visited the store with my wife for a jacket and every staff member was extremely welcoming an so polite but Elena really went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to terms with any jacket and bought a jacket from Rudsak in the end but I have given them 5 stars for their customer service.

I purchased a Mackage leather jacket for $1400 including tax. I owned it for less than a month and wore it 3 times. It ripped. I called Mackage customer service, they refused to repair it or let me exchange or return the item. They said it was wear and tear and they do not cover that.I have to pay $100 to fix this. I am very disappointed with Mackage customer services and also the quality of their products. I sugguest you think twice before purchasing.

I would like to thank Nicolas for his personalized customer service. He helped me with purchasing my first Mackage jacket which I LOVE so much. He was extremely helpful and honest. I ended purchasing an older model that was half the price, he could have easily convinced me otherwise. The first time I called the store there was no answer and he was kind enough to call me right back to see the reason I called and if I needed help. Very rare to find good customer service like this post pandemic restrictions.I’m totally satisfied with my purchase and that says a lot because I’m quite indecisive!! Also thank you to José and the other supervisor (I forget his name). The whole team was 5star!

Great fashionable and modern jackets with various styles and colors to please everyone, I'll definitely be warm with the winter jacket that I got. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff to match a jacket based on your needs. Highly recommend!

Mackage is all about design but zero customer service or trust. I have bought a $1000 coat , which by the end of one season faded out significantly - their response was probably bad cleaning".Disappointing service on so many levels:- the company can just exonerate themselves from any responsibility making any promise of warranty a joke;- only " Mackage tested" products and processes can be used for the dry cleaners however they do NOT provide a list of what these cleaning standards are or which dry cleaners comply(unlike Canada Goose who provide an interactive map for customers to find certified dry cleaners);- in either case it was not a cleaning issue

Friendly customer service, however lacking in attention to detail and developing trust. I bought my item, and later found that is was sold to me dirty. Spent an hour cleaning with baby wipes, as you cannot wash it easily. Not impressed.
