We had Louis Gervais Fine Foods cater our company Holiday Party of 120 people in 2021. Our team had such a lovely time at the party and raved about how delicious and thoughtful the food was. Especially the vegan team members - they said that the vegan main dish and dessert were some of the best vegan items they've ever had!!We really appreciated their staff working with us during the event - They did an awesome job handling the crowds of people, and making for a swift take down when the party was over it. Kelly and team was great to accommodate requests and work with us over the months of planning the event. Would recommend!!

What a beautiful nice cozy location by Harbourside north shore with amazing taste of food and wonderful red umbra European like patio .Not a franchise locally owned by a very nice couple who work there every day with their amazing staff .What a mesmerizing taste of soup and sandwiches .If you are in north shore don’t waste your time with those franchises for same price .You should try this!

Louis and his team have the best food, and we love a local North Shore caterer! Our team loved the meal we had at our christmas party last year, and we are always excited to see them team onsite for an event.

Louis Gervais catered our wedding in August 2022. We considered several options for catering and did multiple menu tastings. We found the menu tasting offered by Louis Gervais was on another level, both in the quality of the food and the customer service from their entire team. After that it was an easy choice. The meals and the hors d'oeuvres at the wedding were a highlight for everyone. We highly recommend Louis Gervais FFC to anyone looking for a great event caterer.

Our daughter’s backyard wedding was perfect, due in par to the catering provided and serviced by Sabine, Emily and Ed from Louis Gervais Catering. The menu was barbecue style and provided a variety of tasty appetizers and entrees. The beef brisket was extraordinary! Sabine, Emily and Ed were professional, efficient, delightfully pleasant, courteous and helpful throughout the day. They left without a trace. We would highly recommend their service for any event! Louis Gervais caters’ exemplary reputation graced 25 guests in our 1500 ft2 apartment. Jennifer and John were incredibly skilled and a joy to have in our home. We were “wowed” with the amazing feast issued effortlessly from our matchbox kitchen. Jennifer orchestrated a brilliant set up for a spacious and elegant dining room. With Jennifer bartending we had an estimate of how much each guest was drinking, a host’s responsibility. The quantity of food and spirits were appropriately estimated. Accolades from guests began during the event and followed in thank you notes. The experience was superlative in regards to menu variety and presentation. As hosts we thoroughly enjoyed the event mingling with guests while John and Jennifer served us with professionalism and warmth. This promises to be the beginning of many more events.

5 for food, drink and ambience. Service was efficient but not friendly. I absolutely recommend if you’re in the area. Went for breakfast and coffee - sandwich was melt in your mouth fall apart goodness and the pastries were excellent. Coffee excellent too.

Thanks to Louis Gervais’ staff our 60th Anniversary party was a huge success. Our guests commented on how great the food was and that the service was wonderful. Fortunately the weather cooperated and your patio was a perfect place to hold our milestone anniversary.

I have been working with Louis Gervais, Kelly, and the wonderful Marnie for the last several months for my mom's 60th birthday this July. They were all absolutely wonderful and we all couldn't have asked for better service, food, and overall experience. From the beginning of the experience I worked directly with Kelly. She was incredibly professional and always answered my emails very quickly and was always super helpful.Marnie who also is the event planner was amazing as well. She ended up being at the event managing it the entire time and I couldn't have asked for someone more calm, friendly, and just overall fun to have around! I seriously ended up feeling like Marnie and the gang were family at the end of the party and loved having them around and helping me. Also, before the event when I felt a little stressed, Marnie eased all my stress and also kept me laughing which is definitely a bonus!The staff during the event were all incredible. They helped me set up and were amazing throughout the event.The food was insanely DELICIOUS. We ended up picking a family style menu and with an ever growing guest list the team was super accommodating even a few hours before the event! Also, when we had to add some vegan options a few days before they did not hesitate once to help us with that. The actual food on the event was incredible and our guests are still to this day chatting about it. Everything was perfection and myself as well as the guests and my family had no complaints or wish anything was different.Overall, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would definitely use both the venue and catering again.
