Healthy and tasty food. The ingredients are high quality and worth the price. Calorie count is good, and while they dont post the macros, it looks to be a decent mix for the meat based bowls. If you want to keep the calories down, just ask for the sauces on the side.My favourites are the chicken bowl and the tuna ceviche bowl.If you want some extra protein, just double the meat.

First time trying Brasa, or Peruvian food. It was delicious. Rice: seasoned. Chicken: seasoned. Potatoes: seasoned. Vegetables: seasoned. So many different flavours, and blended beautifully. Customer service was great, food was amazing, good sized portion & reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend, and will definitely return.

Toronto, though so diverse in its food selections, tends to lack South American food profiles in comparison to other cultural palates. Brasa more that fills in this much needed space in Toronto and is done in a professional, clean space with an owner that takes his work very seriously.Work area was spotless, kitchen is visible and well organized. Finer details like the use of Le Creuset Dutch ovens for all the items indicates an owner that isn’t shy of spending on top quality items for his kitchen, and this attitude of quality makes its way right into the food: flavourful, not dry, and fresh to the best degrees. The bowls are a generous size especially considering the cost of raw materials at the moment.10/10 - Keep it up!

Do yourself a favor and try this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The food is absolutely amazing, everything is full of flavour and I love everything I’ve tasted! with a busy work schedule their bowls have become my go-to meal , they’re so convenient but also healthy and full of protein. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Love love love!

Ordered the 2 for 1 Brasa Chicken bowl off uber eats. This was FANTASTIC. Too often '2-1' on uber eats = double the standard price OR half the regular amount. This was large sized and full of chicken and fresh ingredients. I will be back to pay full price and try other bowls. Highly recommend

Brasa is a good spot for a healthy and delicious meal. This location is in the PATH making it a good option for lunch during the day. The chifa bowl with short ribs has a great combination of flavours. The sweety drop peppers pack the perfect punch and top off each bite perfectly. The bowls are a bit pricey at around $20, but cannot doubt the quality. The food and service here is amazing.

I had the Andean Roasted Potato bowl which was not only super healthy, but really filling too. Had interesting toppings such as roasted corn. Verdict? It was fresh, and delicious. I enjoyed it!You can find this location underground in the PATH.

First time trying Peruvian food, it was a big hit. I asked for the shrimp bowl, it was very nicely made (asked him to mix it up later-in the pic). The ingredients were really fresh, very unique and very flavoursome.Although it was takeout, I still admired the cleanliness of the place, and the service provided. Would definitely recommend for others to try! 7.5/10 (really expensive for what was mostly filled with green leaves and a couple shrimp).
