Ran in to pick up 6 boxes. The guy working certainly didn't care that there were 3 people standing in front of him while he checked one truck out. Long store short it took an 5 minute to pick the boxes I needed and 50 minutes to pay for them.

Good, courtesy service. Reason prices and clean vehicles. Has everything for a move of any kind.

Terrible service, I had a uhaul reserved for 2 weeks ahead of time and the day before I move they canceled it on me saying it's not available. Then they tell me the closest uhaul available is halfway across another city and I have to go pick it up.

I rented a car hauling trailer. Pick up was fast and easy and drop off was easy too. The trailer was clean and the people were friendly.

Reserved trailer week prior. Called 10 minutes prior to pickup to ask question, reservation looked up- no issues. Reservation online says READY FOR PICKUP. Show up, it’s not there. Staff was not willing to do anything past calling the supposed previous user. Was told we were SOL. Would not offer any solutions or offer number for Uhaul directly.Called HQ# off of Google. They got ahold of previous user within 1 minute of being on hold, guaranteed it would be there 2 hours later. Show up, not there. Staff still less than helpful. Was told to drive nearly 3 hours to nearest available truck if it was necessary. No solutions given. Less than personable. Would not guarantee it would even be available same day- or next. “Wait and see when it returns”.Got ahold of Regional Scheduling (from Google; NOT staff). Had trailer ready in 30 minutes from nearby carrier. Partially refunded.Stay away from this hole in the wall or atleast don’t expect your reservation to be fulfilled.

Great experience here. Staff are always helpful and as long as you call ahead and make sure what you need is there, there should be no problem. Also, there is only one person working up front and sometimes another to get the trailer ready, so try to come when it's not busy or be patient. I never waited longer than 15 minutes to get everything sorted and on the road. I have used this place twice and will come back again. Thanks for the help!

Was being charged for late fees when I was not late. Was charged for extra pads when I never got any pads. Was charged an extra 10 dollars when it is as supposed to be 39.90. They randomly changed it. I had to fight to get a refund and get things changed to what they were supposed to be. No manager on site. They still owe me one dollar after all of this. Possibly scammers? They have a sign stating not to be hard on the people working there. If that sign it there, there's a reason. Obviously they have had customers they have not been satisfied. I highly do not recommend this location. They will screw you over if you dont look over your order. They will take money where they can. I was going to be charged almost 300 dollars when after everything was fixed I was charged 186. So yeah. That's a lot of messing up and pocketing customers money. They still owe me a dollar. Anyways. I don't recommend. Don't go there! Ive used uhaul many times in the past. I gave never encountered such a terrible location. Highly do not too recommend, unless you want our money stolen.

Absolutely horrible and slow service. Save your time and drive into Calgary. The guy at the counter was either not well trained or just wasn't worried about getting people out and was really rude.
