Ordered the exact tires I needed for the next day and fit an appointment asap, I got a popped tire and they ordered/changed everything I needed! Customer service is great and are honest. Didn't upsell anything and worked on what I needed. This is the worst place ever. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They can t be bothered with you. They make you stand around waiting. They slammed my car door so hard they broke my door handle and it was working fine when I dropped it off and I couldn't get into my car , they and they chipped the paint on my door. You get the cold shoulder in this place. Never will I trust them with my vehicle again. What an experience

I received a safety certification from these guys from the seller of the vehicle. When driving it the day I picked it up I noticed a rumble on the drivers side . After inspection I found a bulge on the tire and cupping. These tires should not have passed the safety check When I approached the manager about It he offered to replace the tires in 4 days at his cost of $999. He admitted the tires weren’t good and that they should be changed out. Stay away from these guys. Too bad as they used to be very reputable.

pricing was great but unfortunately they caused more damage lifting my RAV4 by the front rocker panels in place of the designated lift points. After pointing out the issue ,returning the vehicle for inspection / pictures and retorquing of the new tires I received very negative attitude. I have sent emails and even proposed alternate avenues to repair the damage but no response , nothing but crickets. (FYI I waited 6 months before posting a review in hopes that someone would respond to discuss , disappointment is an understatement)

I’m a student that recently moved to sarnia at the beginning on September and I’ve had a number of car related issues. Every time I give them a call they are nothing but pleasant and always get the job done fast and efficiently at a good price.
