These guys were so amazing! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the very beginning and explained the process to me in a way I could finally understand. My travel history was extensive and Alex and Irina and their team did so much heavy lifting helping me figure it all out. They always responded immediately and have made this process totally painless for me. Amazing services, I'm so happy I found them! Everything is easy and straightforward, they helped me with obtaining the document in 3 weeks (that otherwise would have taken me more than 2 months and a lot of struggle). We've been applying for Russian tourist visa through this agency. My parents needed visas ASAP because our granny was in the hospital. We paid for 5 days processing and the staff of this agency did not tell us that 5 days begin from the moment the embassy receive the passports. They sent the documents to the embassy 3 days after we completed the forms as they were busy. 14 days later our passports with visas were laying on the ground near our house on the public road. They did not even pay for the delivery where the signature is required. $1500 for the visas and it was already too late to fly to Russia. Thank you for the unforgetable experience

All they care about is your MONEY!Response to company’s comment below:I didn’t request to complete re-drafting of my documents due to PERSONAL reasons - it’s a lie, you should be ashamed to lie like this on public.I requested to change the form from Vancouver to Toronto because I’m FORCED to apply for a passport in another city - Consul is not visiting Vancouver because of the WAR in Ukraine. I paid you over $800 to get my documents ready, but I can’t actually put them to use. You disagreed to make the changes free of charge knowing that the Consul is not coming to Vancouver in the foreseeable future. You say you care about customers? No, all you care about PROFIT. It’s disgusting. I highly suggest everyone to AVOID dealing with this company!!!

Personally I just start my immigration process through ANYVISA just 10 days before they start my visa application. They are real professional people .Their progress is real fast .I have a one zoom meeting with Dr Alex he is incredible person ..I got hope and 100 % believe that I will get my Goal of PR soon with my other team members .My application process reach at a point In 15 DAYS where other reach in 4 months.
