Tall Tails Grooming

The ladies have been rude to me on multiple occasions. There is no welcome from them walking in the doors. And instead of helping educate you on the best grooming techniques for your dog, They chastise you. I will never go back to tall tails which is sad because I absolutely LOVE tallblazers so I'm there all the time. But I refuse to support a business with poor customer service that do nothing to support first time dog owners. They have not only lost me as a customer but also a regular customer of theirs because of this.

Have been a customer with Leslie for a few years and we've had excellent service!! We have 2 dogs, one is a small timid scared Yorkie; I'm very picky about how his hair is cut and Leslie does the best cut, hands down! And I've had experience with different groomers and she's the best one. Again good service, good cuts and good price. Thanks for dealing with us :)

Love this business!!! They did a beautiful job , with my fur baby ! She was so much calmer , than other groomers , which made my fur baby less stressed. Thanks guys!!!

The ladies in Tall Tails Grooming are always very accommodating. Everyday must feel like groundhog day but they are experts and I notice all dogs come out of their grooming room looking professional groomed.

Brought my 5 month old pup in for a good wash to help with his winter shedding and he came out looking as handsome and happy as ever with the cutest little bib. Amazing customer service and super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Love this place! The staff are fantastic and treat my dog so well. Love the new bandana she gets for each visit.

We go there for nail trims. They are all very kind to my three little dogs, always have availability and do a great job.

We’ve been taking our Frenchie here for a couple of years. They’re super friendly and do an amazing job with her. Highly recommend!

This is our pet store of choice in central Alberta and thankfully we live nearby, it's also the choice of our dog trainer.The reason is that everything is top quality, sure there are bigger stores and places to find things cheaper but tall Tails has a very rigorous quality control system before anything goes on the shelf. The requirements are strict and that's why people love and trust this store, to boot they have a groomer on site! Sometimes our pup just comes for a quick nail clip and gets a treat it's very convenient.The owner of the Grooming also trimmed up our pup Odie recently and its the best cut he has gotten to date so we are returning for sure.
