Racist sales rep at the shoe section, I asked a question she was being rude to me and was being nice to the white lady at the checkout, my husband and I was uncomfortable and left. I will not being going back there anymore.

Not sure why, but the staff seem very unhappy at this location. The shoe department is lacking people to help find sizes. I have found great shoes that I would like to try on but there is almost never someone there that is able to assist me. Another time when I was buying clothing for my child that takes a size small in adults I said it's no tax, for a child under the age of 15. The woman looked and me and rolled her eyes. She gave me the form to fill out for the provincial tax and then in the end she charged me the ta anyway. She was so annoyed that I had asked her for the no tax form. I have yet to see a staff member that is actually happy to be there. Such a different vibe than any other Hudson's Bay I have been to before.

The bay in general, has just been declining over the years like all others. This one is no worse, however its not great by any means. It offers slightly nicer than usual brands, but not a top tier location that offers more designer brands.

I love the clothes shoes and accessories that The Bay carries the missing star is for the outrageous prices that go along with a high end store. When I feel like a king I splurge on myself and go here otherwise it's Winners for a more cushioned blow to the wallet and still look sharp.

The bay has everything you would need, I happened to head in during what's called the bay day, leading to extra discounts and sales. I got myself a pair of shoes that I love it's an awsome store and would highly reccomend. Great job The Bay

Nisrin helped me buy cologne today. Initially I was on the fence but she helped me make a final decision!

We were here buying a belt, the rack said it was 25% off but when we went to check out the discount wasn’t on the system! We were told to go to three different check out places and had no luck, RURAY at the men’s section was able to look it up and override it manually right away and solved the problem! Thanks

Location shows as open until 8 on Google and 7 on your website but doors were locked at 630.

Unhelpful.Attempted to return an item due to a wedding cancellation less than 24 hrs after purchase. Was told the items weren't scanning and they couldn't process the return. Salesperson then said they usually wouldn't allow the return since it was dresswear (unworn, tags still on, in a garment bag, 24 hrs after purchase) but they would do me that favour" if I came back on Monday (this was on a Friday). Another salesperson was trying to be helpful but the primary person talked over them and said I couldn't be helped today.Refusal to help isn't a favour. Vernon location graciously accepted the return after this location was not helpful at all to deal with."
