The Happy Camper Campground RV

We stayed one night at the end of the season. Neil was very friendly and met us at the gate and showed us to our site. We didn’t use the public washrooms but looked in there and the washroom/shower area was very clean.Our site faced a field and was ever so peaceful. Water and electricity at site was great and the sani-dump area had a saniflush and was clean and odour-free. There was only one other seasonal camper in the campground with us. Gate security was a nice feature. Only visitors by our site were deer and sparrows.Cannot say enough positive things about our stay. It was restful and perfect.

10 km out of the way but well worth every km. Quiet, clean, beautiful scenery. Welcomed by a very friendly owner Neil. Will recommend to everyone.

My husband and I loved this place. It was so quiet. It is a great place to experience the wide open prairies and big sky. The prairie dogs are cute too. The owner is very friendly, just be sure to call him on the telephone. There is a nice beach nearby but be sure to get directions when you get to the community there.

Lumsden beach best kept secret!We arrived without a booking on August 12th, we called the number on the sign and Neil answered. Within 5 minutes he came to the gate with a little booklet and his truck, there is no office, he opened the gate and told us where we could find a spot, after perching we paid Neil a whopping $40 (cash only) for the night with electric and water hookups. Just don’t arrive here after dark if you haven’t called to make arrangements before hand, common sense.This used to be a farm now RV only campground. Neil is extremely friendly and basic guy who doesn’t want to bother you and for you to enjoy and respect the place. The campgrounds are well kept and if quiet is what you are looking for you got it. If you’re after those magic views this isn’t the place for it!But do Take a walk around to see the land and and it’s own magic and some multiple bird houses.Thanks for a great overnight stay Neil.

Great little campground, affordable to stay at, owner Neil is pleasant to deal with and very helpful and his dog Ben is adorable and my daughter enjoys seeing Ben whenever they stop by to see how things are going, the whole campground is quiet and peaceful, enjoy every time we go there with our RV, look forward to our next stay!

Always been good to us friendly people. Public bathrooms very clean and well maintained.

Well kept, quiet and large campsites. These sites are in a field, so it's quite open, but it was perfect for us to camp with friends and be together. Short drive to the beach and docks. Not much to keep kids busy on site, but they do have small playgrounds.

We have been out here in a seasonal spot for 10 years. Neil & Alice keep the grounds well maintained and the washrooms are always clean. A wonderful location, minutes from Regina beach and close to Regina if you had to run in to the city.

Great quiet campground. Host Neil is so friendly and helpful! Showers are good, we truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back. Close to regina beach with so much fun to be had.

Great spot to stay! friendly owner & super clean. Spacious RV spots and a great park for kids only, 3min drive to Lumsden Beach. If you stay here stopping in at Sweet Peas Greenhouse for homemade pies and jam is a must!
