We are so impressed with our new windows and how professional and efficient the install was. I was able to work from home while our windows were installed and my day was not interrupteb at all. We will definitely be using Weather Pro in the future when we want to install our next set of new windows.

I had a great experience with Boden and his installation team. They were able to finish my installation in one day, even though it was on a Sunday. The team took great care in all of the finishing touches and were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Chris my sales agent took the extra time to accommodate for any changes and had a wealth of information in making my decision of which windows to get.

I order 9 windows and a door. Out of the 9 windows, 3 of them were not a good fit. We have an old house with wide trim and I communicated this concern from their sales staff up to the person who measured it. We knew that we need to patch the sides but we just found out how hard it will be to do the trim if it doesn't sit over the drywall. Half of the trim is submerged deep into the drywall. If we only knew what we should have checked, we could have raised that concern when they have just installed it and may have gotten it fixed right then and there. So now, they are asking for an additional around $500 for an extender telling us that our drywall was different (which was the same when they took the measurement) I was expecting that theywould have taken measurementand did the adjustments as what would a good professional supplier would do. The one in the bathroom have the reverse scenario, the window over extended inside making the window look like floating from the inside. I just want to finish this in time for the Canada greener home post retrofit but this was frustrating.On the good side, all of their staff were friendly. The materials used was of good quality and you can track the progress of your order.Reply: Our drywall didn't change or move at all from the time it was measured so I don't understand the reason that it's our drywall. The need to remeasure our window again proves that there was something wrong with your measurement. Why are you quoting us an additional amount to fix it? You said there's nothing more you can do other than charge me for that, so I might as well leave an honest review for others.

The entire process from initial contact to completion was smooth and we were informed of the progress along the way. The crew that installed the windows and doors were efficient and meticulous.
