UNHELPFUL!! UNPROFESSIONAL! UNKIND! Where is the support for students living in this complex? If emails/texts are sent, why is there no response? Students, a lot of them new to being away from home, are all trying to get by; having to juggle studying AND work to earn their keep, so why is there a lack of support from building managers when issues come up? Perhaps the building managers are too overwhelmed themselves? Either way, rent is not cheap, so the service shouldn't be either! Someone should fix this problem.

Arsh is awful. After telling them that they're Garage door shut on our truck and sending video evidence of the door not working they are still threating to charge us for damages" a bunch of snakes that just want money out of you is all I've experienced. The lack of attention they pay as well is mind blowing

Building manager does not reply to any emails whatsoever regarding recent thefts in the building as well as noise complaints. Super unhelpful

Lived here for several months when we first moved to Kelowna in late-Winter 2019. Surprisingly quiet for a university condo and nice views. Very enjoyable stay.

Rent is expensive. My car window got smashed out twice in one month in the secure" underground parking unit. (That we pay extra for) They won't show me the videos of the thief or really help in any way whatsoever. They say they have a security guard but I've never seen one
