Blew out a tire on a family trip to the states thanks to the wonderful condition of the 75 highway. Called Motown who did not have a tire in stock but referred me to another shop in town who did.they dispatched a tow truck quickly and the driver was friendly and professional

I have never came across more ignorant people in my life! Called about a tow truck, explained the situation I was in which was stuck on the side of the 75 with my 11 month old JUST OUTSIDE MORRIS I could literally see town, just to see if possibly something could be accommodated. Nope. “If you don’t like it then go to niverville!” Then hung up the phone. wow! Okay! Will do! I would have understood otherwise, do better you guys! You work with the public everyday, you should have some better communication skills by now my gosh!
