Their iced coffees are literally mud water. They probably keep it in their machines for days, because that is literally what it tastes like. Often times, they forget to add sugar or milk, and it's just never the same taste or the same color. The workers look like they don't want to be there, maybe owners should do something about that.

It’s been one month since their panini machine has stopped working and they choose to offer everything that needs it cold and uncooked instead without any sort of compensation. Just complete garbage. If there were another coffee place on my way to work I would never stop here again.

Terrible service No iced coffee no iced cappuccino since there is NO other tim hortons On my way to work I have to go out of my way to come to this sub par establishment. Very unsatisfied customer.I would expect better

Manager is incompetent at ordering the proper inventory for their staff (always missing things). There is one or two girls in the morning staff usually who are unable to answer ANY question, they sometimes yell, sometimes they laugh at custommers together, they are extremely impatient and flat out impolite. They have a lot of good staff as well but that girl in the morning is very often taking orders and ruining everyone's morning. I simply don't understand why she is still there after months of being rude and extremely unprofessional.

every Saturday morning I have to go to this Tim’s because it’s the only one on my way to work, and they’re always super rude & if we don’t answer them in one second they’ll say “Hello?????” like we’re you never taught patience? And like somebody else said, they always cut us off and say “is that all?” But they’re like passive aggressive about it and it’s annoying.

I was passing through the drive through on my way to work and in the middle of our order the person taking it asked is that all" cutting us off twice. Then finally screamed "is that all" increadibly rude service to deal with.They also often lack stock or make mistakes on the orders.I pass by here regularly because it's the only Tim's between my work and home. But if you can go elsewhere I suggest you doEdit 1: Constantly chatting and not working even tho the line is out the door and the drive is backed upIt's ridiculous how poor the quality and speed is early in the morning when they should be on their game as the last Tim's before the bridge. Responsible for alot of people's morning as they head to workEdit 2: 2 months for the panini toaster being out and I've been unable to have a warm wrap.I try to reserve 1 star for truly abysmal places. And for the last stop before the bridge this place should be making bank and have the strongest staff. It does not"

Wrost tim ever... I personally was a manager in my early years at a tims and i can proudly say that customer satisfaction is number one priority and should be for every other tims. Unfortunately here if you ask for something and they make the mistake of not adding to your order you will not receive it! A very frustrating start to a day! The staff is rude and does not seem to understand much of english or french and the manager does not seem to care about quality control. the food was cold and damp and that can only meen that there heater is not well set. Close it down or change your staff because this is pathetic and frustrating!
