I even told the person who took my order that I didn't want any meat on my Egg mcmuffin, and would like hashbrowns, still got ham and fries. Need to train them properly.

It's a McDonald's, service is lacking due to consistent Staffing issues, this also leads to limited hours and inside dining being closed more often than not.

My husband and I were on our way back home from Prince George and stopped for breakfast. I had just had knee surgery and could hardly get around. The manager (owner) not sure which was absolutely amazing in that he saw my struggles and offered to place my order for me, as well as helped me out to my car. I have to say this restaurant we will be visiting everytime we drive through. It was the cleanest and most friendly McDonald's we've been to in many years. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great and friendly service.

okay..brand new store.. are there going to be a few gremlins in the works..of course there are. Do the staff try their best to make it the best experience possible? well yes they do..I know its not perfect and that the store can be closed inside with working drive thru at some weird times but they are trying to keep their feet under them and it shows.

Great Experience and Hot Food.I was there on opening day.All the Employees I interacted with were friendly and professional, even though the restaurant was crazy busy.I really like the clean interior design. I'll be back.

Been here quite often when I was working in Vanderhoof. Staff is very friendly, and do well help each other out when busy. I got there when the drive-thru lineup was very long, so decided to come into the location. Took roughly 9 minutes until my order was done. Remember many of these employees are new and learning. Thanks for the great service! Keep it up! :)

Drive thru so no atmosphere, and only had a drink. But the new lemon splash was great and very refreshing for a hot day.

Service wasn't the greatest but I believe that's due to the location recently opening up, so staff is just getting used of the surroundings, all in all McDonald's is always a Classic Take Out Spot for all ages.
