Tried to call and get my kids phone repaired because they are listed as phone repair the staff were extremely rude tried to sell me a new phone and when I said I want to get this one fixed they just hung up on me very rude service will never go here

Mitch at the Mobile shop in Mission is awesome. Super knowledgeable and fast. Love the convenience of being able to get my phone in Superstore and do my shopping while the phone is being set up for me. Also I love that I get PC points with my activations. I’ve always gotten anywhere from $100-250 in points getting my phones from the Mobile Shop.

I can always count on being able to call Manjot at this location and get honest, helpful advice on plans, promotions or my account. Koodo keeps doing promotions whereby you have to order online in order to get the best deal and Manjot will help me figure out the best route even though he has to send me back onliine in order to get my best deal.He goes above and beyond and calls you back when he says he will as well.

I got great service from Jaxon. Good customer service, very personable and great help with upgrading. I had no issues with him, the lower star is for mobile shop HQ. They do not allow their employees to help with transferring data for the customer any more because of covid. They said they don't want you spending more time then necessary at the mobile shop store. Which there is plenty of ways around that. Like leaving your phone if you are comfortable and going shopping while they help you. Or simply starting the transfer for you, which would not take long and then you can walk away with the phone and shop. Some of us are not tech savvy and do not have someone who can help us. He gave me all the directions on paper and it ended up being okay and not as hard as I thought it would be. But that doesn't mean it wouldn't be for someone else. I was stressed worrying about having to figure it out and whether I would be able to do it and what would happen if I got home and messed it up or couldn't figure it out. They have always been good with customer service and help before, that is why I came back for the third time in 6 years. They still could have good customer service and help for those who need it, even with covid, if they got a little creative. So I found that has really hampered the good customer service experience for us less tech savvy people, but it does not reflect at all on Jaxon.

Amber at the shop was exceedingly helpful, taking extra time to address complicated issues. At no point did he act like I was an inconvenience at all, and his customer service skills were excellent. I'm glad I went to this place to sort out my mobile. Would recommend!

These guys let me tell you...! Amazing, best experience I've ever had dealing with a phone upgrade right after possibly the worst. I went to the Roger's store for my upgrade and the guy sold me the same story he sold the guy before me go home

Amazing customer service, Mayank Patel and his team always get you great deals. They always be honest with everything and really cares about each customer. I would say ongoing support, I would really recommend this place for amazing offers on phone plans.
