Return visit:**Note** on my return visit I did feel that the souffle cake was a touch undercooked. The rose macaron was beautiful and balanced in flavor.Service needs work. Not very friendly todayInitial visit:Must try: pancakeIt's a fluffy creation. Quite pricey. Takes awhile to make (20 minutes).. altogether delicious. I was really full from lunch, barely had my drink from next door because I was so full, but still ate the entirety of the pancake because it was so good.They have some different flavors to choose from.The layer cakes are good. My gf loved it, but I could taste the refrigeration in the cream. If it was fresh it would have been perfect. She did not detect it and loved it.Many of their elaborate buttercream cakes for 6 inch start at $120. It looks like mini wedding cakes with how beautiful they are. I have not tried it yet but I might splurgeParking is available in a large lot. Their signage isn't that clear but they are next to Khab tapioca and share the parking.

I would put 0 star if there's an option for that. I bought some cheese cake from this bakery today and found that the cake has mold when I opened it. I called them to inform them about it and they told me they will give me another one as a replacement, I asked them if they know that molds can make people sick and that molds have spores and that everything that IS in the same fridge as the molded cake is now contaminated, instead they just kept saying okay, so I brought them the cake to show them, they still kept saying they can do an exchange. Who in their right mind would want to eat a molded food. They insisted that the cake is brand new, in that case i told them that their fridge has mold and need to be cleaned properly. They did not take out any of the cakes in the fridge to check and didn't take the information seriously. I won't be coming back as a customer. They don't take proper food handling properly in this bakery.

Love many menu items here, especially matcha tiramisu cake, roll cakes and mini floss cake. Have tried lichee-raspberry birthday cake recently, it was unique and delicious. Highly recommend to give the place a try. The only drawback is the stuff is not very friendly, so I prefer ordering delivery.

I ordered the durian cake online on their website and was not disappointed! Plenty of durian in the cake however, there was a lot of whip cream icing on the outside which made the cake hard to eat after two slices. Nevertheless, the cake was well made and the pricing was fair. I ordered the day before pickup (a bit less than 24 hours) and it was ready by the time I came by. The girl helping me took her time to carefully package the cake and was nice. They sell other ready-to-eat pastries/cakes by the slice in store but quantity is limited so it’s always better to preorder. I will be ordering again from this bakery in the future, a lot of the cake flavours are very unique!

Unreliable service - Be prepared if you place an order with this bakery, that when you show up, it might not actually be made.I ordered a cake by phone for pick up at 1:00PM. I arrived at the scheduled pick up date and time. However, upon arrival, the worker told me that they did not have my cake because the girl who took my order that day was new. They offered me a different cake in place of the one I ordered, but I declined as it was not a flavor that the birthday girl liked. Then they offered to deliver the cake I originally ordered at a discount with no delivery fee at 6:00PM (We needed the cake by 4:00PM at the latest). I still agreed to this just so that I could present a cake at some point in the day to the birthday girl, even if the birthday celebration was over. When they took my address, they said they could still do the free delivery but withdrew the discount on the cake due to the distance. I told them that I drove this same distance to get to the bakery only to learn they do not have the cake I ordered at the time that I needed it at, so this free delivery" is not even any type of compensation for their mistake. So it really doesn’t matter how good the product is, if your customer service is trash then there wouldn’t be so much business you can bring.I am all about supporting local businesses and I think that there are certain times when things need to be acknowledged. I am frustrated with the customer service and the level of support with this location. I called them 9 times to change my order and they never picked up once. I went to pick up my order and that’s where I asked the girl what is the reason of having phone number when you’re not going to respond, I wanted to make some changes to my online order as it doesn’t allow on the website. The girl responded “we are busy” a typical answer.Totally devastated with this and hopefully never have to come back again! I am there customer for 3 years now and I always get cake from them but this time they lost it!

Highly recommended, they made the cake and floral bouquet exactly how I wanted. Great quality and prompt customer service.

I've been following this baker since before she opened up her store so I knew I had to go try. We got an earl grey crepe cake, mango cheesecake and some macarons. The mango cheesecake to begin with was amazing, it resembles this silky tofu cheesecake I tried in toronto but 10x better because it's mango. The cheesecake is very light and smooth not like your regular cheesecake and less heavy too. The crepe cake was yummy although the crepes were on the thicker side. Macarons werent super chewy like how I prefer but overall everything was reasonably priced and very impressive that everything is created by one baker and nothing was overly sweet either. Highly recommend their cheesecake

Have you tried Floss Bread before? If not, a must try at this place. It’s super soft and mochi filling inside. They also have delicious Sponge Cakes, cookies and cream is my favourite. Friendly staff and very welcoming.

Perfect and delicious roll cake! $20 each, great value, yummy fresh fruit, right amount of sweetness.
