I went to the restaurant with friends expecting a high end experience. The restaurant was over crowded and loud plus there was a lineup. We had gone with a reservation but had to wait for over half an hour just to get seated.Then the waiter came to take orders and before we started he disappeared. When bread was served after a long time he served butter for one person when he knew we were six people. The food was just okay. My friend had to go hunting for services if we needed anything. The worst part was when the bill arrived. There were two problems with it - it had an item for $75 which we didn't order. When we pointed out the waiter seemed to already know about it and corrected it. When we inspected the final bill it had a large gratuity amount and the percentage was blackened with a pen. They changed 20% when I would have given them hardly anything. The restaurant is at a corner of a strip mall and I wouldn't go back again.

I’ve been dining at this @anticaosteriaitalianrestaurant Ifor years and have always been impressed by the quality of the food. The steak is cooked to perfection every time, and the pasta dishes are always creamy and flavorful. The seafood options are also a standout - I’ve tried several and have never been disappointed. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious Italian cuisine in Brampton

What can I say, the food and presentation are incredible. Their preparation of Cuban lobster tail, lamb chop and fettuccine in champagne sauce blew my mind.This is our go-to special occasion or indulgent dinner restaurant. Never disappoints.

This place is SHAMELESS!!! I will add photos to this post. Over $100 for “dinner”!! The portion size is laughable. I thought I had the wrong order at first, so I called to mention this. The girl on the phone was quite defensive in my opinion, though I was incorrect about it being the wrong order. To be fair, the snapper and rose pasta had tasted decent, but I’d expect to be full after a meal at this price point. Like a bag of pasta is $4 - not even. Why so stingy?I tried this place because we frequent Dons Restaurant right beside it. For half the price, we can get a delicious meal and be FULL. It’s a shame because we canceled my birthday dinner outing because of the snow storm and wanted something different as takeout. NOT EVEN VEGETABLES LOOOL this should be criminal.Oh - and if you seen their Instagram page, don’t be fooled. I guess this restaurant is like people, they only post their good days on social media.

First time going here but it's been on my list. We were seated brought water and order taken. Our server was amazing, very entertaining. The restaurant was clean all tables were covered with white table cloth and I was impressed at how white they actually were.I gave a 3 for 2 reasons:1. Ordered a main and thought it was a complete meal, as you can see on the picture I added, I only got veal and veggies I had to order pasta separately, and it was an additional $12 on top of the $31. It's a tad bit pricey if you need to order everything a la cart.2. Call stuff what they actually are, we ordered a chocolate souffle and we got chocolate cake, it looked like the lava cake you get from dominoes but without the chocolate inside. A souffle is traditionally served in a ramiken so we were bit surprised when it came out on a plate and had the option to add ice cream, didn't take a pic of that.Otherwise, it was a good meal and portions are good too!

Most important takeaway: If your looking to celebrate someone’s birthday… I won’t ruin the surprise, but it’ll be a very fun treat for them ;).TL;DR - Food was decent. Atmosphere is close and cozy, generally nice for a celebration. Everyone was friendly. Service was poor (long wait time, push-back from waiters, etc.).We came here for a birthday celebration. It was a bit out of the way but we noticed the reviews and wanted to give it a try. We have mixed feelings. Service was poor, food was decent. Atmosphere was nice, but tables are close together so make sure your okay with that.We specifically ordered the grilled calamari appetizer ($20). There’s the fried and grilled option (we wanted grilled) but unfortunately were given the fried one. The waiter seemed to insinuate that we didn’t specify it (even though we did). Fried calamari ($16) was not good.The seafood pasta ($32) was nice, and decent for the price. Mussels, shrimp, clam, and calamari. Pasta was a bit undercooked but not a huge deal. They didn’t bring out cheese or pepper for the pasta, and when we asked, we were told that it’s not something they normally do. This part bothered us about the service as well. We insisted on bringing it out and they gave us some.Lamb chops were nice. A bit on the pricier end point ($28 for 2). Not much flavour but they were still decent.The NY Strip-loin (12 oz. - $52) wasn’t cooked enough for me the first time, and the 2nd time they over cooked it. The steak did finally end up coming through, but don’t recommend it as it didn’t have much flavour.The desserts ($7.50 for the entire dessert menu) were good. Both flavours were chocolate, but different desserts. We also took home a Tiramisu, which was also good.Our service wasn’t the best. We waited almost 20 min. to be seated with a reservation. And when we placed our order, we noticed we were the only table that didn’t receive bread. We brought this up to our waiter, but he forgot to bring it out upon asking for it.The restaurant is accommodating and will gladly make adjustments to their plates or make you a drink that’s not on their menu.Overall, the food was decent. Atmosphere is close and cozy, generally nice for a celebration. Service was poor (long wait time, push-back from waiters, etc.). Mixed on returning again.

Great day for a patio session with my bestie. Thank you so much Haim for setting this up for my wife and I earlier today. Your Grouper suggestion was a hit for me, absolutely loved it. The Muscles for starters was great. We make it a point to come here as much as possible, we even bring in our extended family and clients with us as I know the Osterias crew aim to please.. try their pistachio desert, will not disappoint.Thank you once again guys.

I had the gnocchi with chicken marsala and it was delicious! There’s quite a few menu items and lots of room to customize. I appreciate the variety of seasonal options and there were intentional decisions made by management to add to the experience. The dessert wasn’t mind blowing but still delicious and the prices are reasonable!

We came here on May 13, 2023, as a party of 12 for Mother's Day. We have come here previously and have always enjoyed the experience. They have always treated us well.As the evening began, our server, Ricardo, was superb to us, constantly checking on us and taking our orders swiftly. When we ordered our food, the mains took about an hour and 15 minutes to get to our table, which I understand can be busy as it is Mother's Day weekend and they want all our food out at the same time. But as we received the two orders of rack of lamb and one order of steak (all medium rare), as soon as we cut into our meals, we could see they were pretty much well done. I understand mistakes happen, and that's no problem, but we asked for medium rare. So we talk to our waiter, who apologises to us and takes our plates to the back, and he then comes back with a person who said she was the manager and that her grandparents own the place. They then proceed to explain to the three of us that we are actually wrong and gaslight us (one of us is currently in their last year of culinary school) and that it was indeed medium rare and the chef is refusing to make another. That's insane.They then proceeded to leave our plates at our table and basically told us it was not their fault. The three didn't eat their meals, and only after we complained a second time did the owner come to us and say they would remake it, but it would take 40–50 minutes because there were 11 tables ahead of us. What a joke this restaurant has become! We sent the food back and got a refund on the three entrees. We will never come back, and I'm shocked you let your chef run your restaurant like that. I have attached pictures below of the medium-rare" rack of lamb."
