This company is fantastic! Everything went exactly as planned and the expereince was great. Nothing negative to report whatsoever. If I ever need a bouncy castle again, Big Bounce Theory will be my first call.

Love working with the Big Bounce Theory (rental Company), we have used them for the last 4 years, and they always have the best selection and deliver with great service. We will always be loyal customers, and highly recommend them to anyone needing some fun added to their parties!

Our rental of a 40” Blow up Obstacle course went great. Confirmations were sent out ahead of time, showed up and tore down on time. Equipment worked well and much fun was had. I would recommend “The Big Bounce Theory LTD” and I would use them again.

I was so happy with this rental. I booked less than a week before our event. They were very accommodating. The price was great and the bouncy house quality was strong quality. Easy to set up and roll up. I liked the option to pick up and dropped off. Our kids loved it. I would recommend and and will definitely rent one again!

Very unreliable. They overbook and then can't handle their commitments. I booked the jumping castle a month in advance for Canada Day. Paid in full in advance as well. 1 hour before the event I phoned them, but they were not picking up after multiple attempts they finally picked up. At first, the guy seemed lost and chaotic, on his computer/phone my reservation was not even there. He finally managed to see my reservation somehow and then told me due to weather conditions they have cancelled my event. There were some showers in the forecast but barely any rain and it was bright and sunny for the entire evening. I strongly feel they made weather conditions an excuse for their incompetency and unorganized way of working and screwing people at their events. If they were organized they would have called me on the morning of. I am utterly disappointed with the way I was treated and brushed aside at the last minute and that too on me calling them !! at least have the courtesy to inform the customers if their event is being cancelled. Will never book with them. BEWARE !!

Amazing experience and great service! The staffs were nice and polite and very easy to talk to. The bouncy castle was amazing and the kids had so much fun. I highly recommend The Big Bounce Theory!

Being on a rural property, delivering was not an option so it was wonderful that they were accommodating for our schedule for pick up and drop off.All ages had fun!ThanksTrevor

We had an amazing experience with The Big Bounce Theory. All kids loved and enjoyed the bouncy castle, tattoo artist and balloon twisting . It was super easy to get hold of them. Very polite and helpful in suggestions according to your budget. Will definitely recommend others and will have them for next birthday party.
