Amazing quality. I got my old falling apart boots repaired I so had to fix. He agreed the leather was good so worth fixing. I could not believe it when I picked up. Literally brand new boot and will get another eight years worth of walking. Highly recommend this place. Service and workmanship is top notch .. many thanks

I've used Westown Shoe Clinic a couple times, once for shoes, and once for my suitcase that Air Canada butchered. My family have also used him before for shoe repair, and they've also done a fantastic job for them. They do excellent work and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing shoe or luggage repair. Every time I've gone I've ended up talking to Luigi, and he is a pleasure to deal with. The pricing is also very fair.

I went to Westowne Shoe Repair today and it was worth it ! They were courteous, accommodating and they did a great job for a great price. My advice to anyone coming from south of the 401 is to take Wonderland Road all the way to Oxford Road and then turn east. It was worth the drive to London from Tburg. I will return. Don't waste your time and money going to Woodstock

Definitely recommend. They just updated one of my favourite pair of boots - they look like brand new for $20. Toes we're lightly scuffed and heel plastic was getting worn down and they took care of both areas.They have also helped with my daughters winter boots in the past. The original inside bottom of the boots started coming apart and they helped by fitting a leather insert in which totally saved the day and made the boots comfortable for my daughter to wear again.Can park at the back of the mall and they are right inside the main doors at the back (not the metro doors)Also can grab awesome Indian food across from them, and the best brownies ever from another food vendor.

I have been dealing with this shop for every thing from knife sharpening to making keys to fixing tennis shoes. The workmanship is always of the highest quality. Great staff too.

The owner is very friendly and is an expert who works extremely hard. He is always there to greet people and gives good price. He does excellent job repairing leather stuffs, bags, shoes and even key cuts.

I went today and the shoes were not ready. They also could not find one of the pairs. I agreed to come back later, no problem. When I did go back one of the men in the store became belligerent. He blamed me for not knowing that the boots belonging to my wife were being stretched. He tried to make it my fault somehow. He was furious. It was very intimidating. Another man there intervened and took ten dollars off the price. I have never been treated like that in a store in my life.

Luigi is a great and honest guy who does great work at reasonable prices. I've been to see him twice now, and was extremely happy on both occasions. The first time, I had a full leather resole and reheel (combination) on a pair of oxfords. As part of this, he gave me a good deal on some shoe trees, a shoe horn and threw in a shoe shine sponge. The second time, I had a pair of loafers reheeled (combination) and another pair of oxfords reheeled (combination) and half leather resoled. I forgot to mention that the insoles of the oxfords were wearing out when I dropped them off. When I came to collect them, lo and behold he had installed brand new insoles free of charge, and gave both the oxfords and the loafers a high-gloss shine. I've been breaking in the new soles on the oxfords (they're holding up really well) and with the new insoles, they feel brand-new again. Thanks Luigi!

Excellent service every time. They have completed three repairs for me: glued soles as well as hand-stitched a heel. Each time the service was quick. They made recommendations to extend the life of my shoes. The pricing is very reasonable.
