I recently went to the shop to inquire about a small repair. I was treated so well and the workmanship was well above expectations. They found time for me and treated me as if I was their biggest customer. I would suggest it would be a mistake to not consider this local company for any cabinetry needs you might have.

We hired Nick and his crew because other people we trusted used them, they promised a short timeline, and that they would work with our existing countertops. As it turned out the existing countertops did not work with the cabinets. Nick immediately connected with us and worked with us to right the situation. And I mean immediate! He pulled in connections and communicated face to face and over the days ahead until everything - and I mean everything was exactly as we wanted. They DID finish in the time span, they DID communicate and answer all my questions and the end result is a stunning beautiful functional kitchen of my dreams. The key for me was Nick and his teams professional attitude that told me - I am the customer and they would get things right. Nick and his team built cabinets for our place at Pigeon Lake. The quality is outstanding, the finish is remarkable and the price was fantastic. We had multiple other quotes from small and large companies that do cabinets. Rodina Cabinets gave us the complete package, all the while matching 99% to our other cabinets in regards to colour, profile and finish.I would highly recommend them to do your cabinets as well as my future projects in the garage and loft. I have been working with Rodina Cabinets on a number of residential renovation projects and Nick and his team have been fantastic to deal with. They have recently completed a cabinet installation at a St. Albert residence for a new kitchen and ensuite bathroom vanity. Their pricing and quality were comparable to other quotes we had received; however, the level of customization Rodina offers was beyond what other cabinet manufacturers could offer. They aren’t limited to your typical box sizes and they do a lot of the work inhouse, which allows for quicker lead times.We have a few other projects in the works with them and know the home owner will be well taken care of. Dyana Rose is primarily who I’ve been dealing with and she is always professional and communicates very well. She is detail orientated and quick to respond to any changes. As an interior designer, I have worked with a number of cabinet companies over the years and Rodina offers service unlike anyone else I’ve come across.

I am so grateful for Laura's patience on my kitchen renovation project last year. After talking to a few companies, I almost gave up on the dream project because of budget pressure. When my friend provided me with Rodina's phone number, I hesitated to book an initial appointment with Laura. My husband and I were impressed with Laura's knowledge. Most important, she drove to my place for a visit and so patient with our various questions and willing to listen to our concerns. I'm a contractor who deals with a plethora of trades on a daily basis. This company would not respond to my phone calls, and gave me a snotty attitude via email. I had a hard time getting designs back that were accurate to what I was asking. Which could have possibly be easily rectified with a return of my phone call. But due to the refusal to return my calls, and not following instruction via email, I gave up after a month it took to finally get a quote back. This quote did not even reflect what was needed for the job due to the design still being wrong. Their designer has zero professionalism with dealing with customers and if customer service is important to you this is not your company to deal with. I unfortunately have this reflect to my customers, with it taking so long to get them a quote and makes me look bad. Choose another company, and save yourself the head aches.

Had some issues with the builders and miscommunication on all sides involved. Nathan at Rodina did end up fixing the issues and coming through for us, which was very appreciated. Thank you!

Bought a new home in March of 2021, which the kitchen andbathroom cabinets were provided through Rodina. As we have a 1year warranty with the new home, we quickly noticed a lot of issueand damage with the cabinets that were installed. They were veryhard to get a hold of and we finally had someone come out inDecember, 2021 to inspect. He took pictures and went through thehome with us agreeing there were many problems/defects. Were toldhe would be back in February to fix these issues, and there hasbeen no contact or replies since. Even the home builders companythat used them is telling us they can't get responses out of them.Very poor quality and awful customer service.

We really love our new kitchen. Nick and Rob kudos to both of you, the inbuilt wine hutch cabinet, we got a lot of compliment from it. Also for working around our work schedule is just super helpful.
