I had my first hearing test today, what an incredible experience, Sara the audiologist is incredible, she made me feel welcome, comfortable,and she explained everything in great detail, I highly recommend Connect hearing in West Kelowna

Nice, clean, quiet, office. Polite, cheerful, friendly staff. The staff at Connect Hearing was very helpful & used basic terminology to explain how things all worked that a young child could've understood. Very pleasant visits, thank you ladies.

Sarah & Cody have been so helpful, making sure my hearing aides fit perfectly, and that I'm truly happy, wearing both hearing aides..they have made it possible for me to hear in many different situations. I can also hear with the help of the rogers mic.: the tv, cell, groups, one on one..always there to make it right..thank you a Very Happy customer

Went in pretty sceptical. Vanessa put me right at ease. Sarah was so attentive to my hearing needs. As well as my financial situation. As a senior I don't have a lot to spare. I wasn't pushed to buy the most expensive side hearing aids they sell or the bottom.I was fitted for my new aids a week later. I'm very satisfied.

I always feel awkward when it would come to talkin bout my hearin & speech. The awkwardness wasn't really there with Connect Hearing. The atmosphere is very relaxed & the staff are very friendly & don't seem to be judgemental but welcomin like family.
