At our wedding rehersal it seemed more like the Officiant was doing everything and it was like they didn't want us to practice. Also for our wedding decor set up they didn't even turn on our candles and we had that in our timeline for the ceremony. They went ahead and just decorated everything how they wanted because they didn't see out uploaded decor photos when they should've came to us to let us know what's going on as it said on the decor sheet see bottom of table for photo reference so had they looked abit before they could've let us know they didn't see them and then i couldve quickly emailed photos to them .We paid 4 thousand only for them to not really care about our day. Wedding Planners are a waste of money.

On our wedding day we had the privilege of having Julie and Amy be our day of coordinators. If you are debating whether or not you need a day of coordinator you not only need one but you need these ones. Having Julie and Amy take over the day made it so we can actually enjoy our time. Turns out we made a mistake with the measurements of our pavilion. Julie and Amy came up with a new plan and pulled it together perfectly and beautifully. They did this all with severe thunderstorm warnings and rain. Our wedding was the best day of our lives to date and we would’ve not been able to enjoy ourselves the way we did without them. Highly recommend! 10 stars!!

We reached out to Julie & Co after we discovered how wrong we were about the ease of planning a DIY wedding, and in hindsight I only wish we had hired them for their full planning package instead of only day-of coordination (which still takes place well before the day itself).Julie and her team were so friendly and fun to work with, but they are on it when it comes to the small details. They took the time to get a sense of every aspect of our wedding, to think through any possible snags in our plans, and to understand how we might want different issues dealt with. This was a huge help the week before and on the wedding day, when we were able to focus on little last-minute tasks and then enjoy our day and our guests while they managed all the logistics, worked with our other vendors, calmly solved any issues that came up, and went well above and beyond what we expected. We hired Julie & Co. to coordinate our wedding on the Day-Of. We contacted Julie her self, about 6 weeks before the big day, and by our luck, the team was still available. We had our wedding at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, and really wanted someone to ensure all the little details came together just as we envisioned. Even though all our events were at the hotel, from ceremony, cocktails and reception, we needed someone to coordinate the intricate details. Julie is very responsive and knowledgeable, and I was impressed with her communication style and approach. My husband and I are both extremely organized, and rather A-type, and I had some industry experience, so we didn't have a lot of questions leading up to the big day. But when we did, Julie and her team were there to guide us. For both the rehearsal and the big day, Riley and Amy were OUTSTANDING! We had a few hiccups they were able to manage seamlessly, and many people shared there praise with us about their coordination of events. Ghosted us for months and stalled our wedding planning. Only after contacting the venue out of frustration did we receive a message from Julie and co stating they were longer under contract with the venue we had chosen. Not even an apology for lack of communication in their email.I understand things can be complicated during a pandemic, but neglecting to respond to a single one of our messages across a variety of platforms for months on end shows a complete disregard for their clients, and is very unprofessional.
