Restaurant is clean and very inviting. Staff are kind, thankful and very considerate. The manager was also very kind and helpful when it came to helping out with everything. Would certainly recommend stopping by on any road trip.

Sat March 4th 2023 3:40pmEarlier today I came through (1:30pm) drive thru and had my order taken and it was reflected on the screen perfectly, I'm not sure how but the bacon was missed on two bagels. Very disappointed but called and manager said they'd comp it next time. Flash forward to opening up my doughnuts and 6 are what I asked for, 6 are wrong and upon calling I was argued with about having a receipt. I drove back with my newborn 20 minutes to get the correct donuts because I'm sensitive to the glaze and couldn't eat any of the 12 in my box. When I showed up the manager literally tossed the box at my partner and was shooing the box with the wrong donuts away. She kept cutting us off when we were trying to explain that there's an allergy involved and didn't want to keep the other donuts and saying have a good day and still shooing with her hand until she finally just let the window slam and she walked away. RUDE. My partner works for another local Tim Hortons and we only came to this location due to the variety of bagels offered. Short fat girl with glasses and older woman with dark hair and an accent.

This is some of the slowest service I've ever experienced at a Tim Horton's in my entire life. There was 1 person ahead of me, and it took me at least 5 minutes to be served.The same crew member then almost gave my coffee to some other gentleman that came to the counter for some other reason.Sad...very sad.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. The washroom was clean and we enjoyed our coffee, even though it took a bit longer than usual to prepare.

Slow service with staff that don't listen ti customers. My order was an ice capp made with chocolate milk and a breakfast sandwich with english muffin. It took about 10min to get the breakfast sandwich (sausage and cheese), while the drink and donuts were fairly fast. The ice capp was not made with chocolate milk, and for some reason my breakfast sandwich had chicken in it. To add, it had ranch in a SAUSAGE and cheese breakfast sandwich I ordered. Attention to detail is lacking tremendously with poorly trained staff. Terrible
