I called in after adding plumbing antifreeze to my washer fluid while on a road trip. Far from home and no tools to fix the issue. The woman that answered was friendly and kind which was appreciated and then I spoke with the mechanic and he helped me sort out my issue on the spot. So very helpful and meant a lot to me. We all had a laugh and now my mistake will live forever on the internet but it's worth it to leave a well deserved positive review.

Had a JDM vehicle that required a replacement of a seal years ago - I normally do the work myself, but had someone flying in from LA to purchase the vehicle so didn't have any room for things to go wrong. These guys replaced the part in a timely manner, left the area they worked on clean, and all at a fair price.. which is not usually something you get all in one experience these days. I will only deal with Vellers going forward. It is hard being new to town and not knowing anyone, I got lucky through word of mouth on this one. Top notch shop.

Car died on me, was referred to Vellers before so thought I'd use them. Very impressed with their customer service, the lengthy list of things they do take care of and the fact that they didn't try and make work for themselves. My car has no issues and sent me on my way. Got a rush appointment on getting a levelling kit put in prior to a Bamfield trip. They squeezed me in on a busy day and had the work done in 2 hours. Saved $200 on labour from other shops in town. Great work, great pricing. Highly recommend.
