Once Upon A Time Weddings
Erin was great from the moment I walked into the store. She took the time to talk about budget, style, and got a whole big picture of the day. I never felt rushed or pressured. She listened to what I was saying and offered great suggestions. The store has options for every size and budget. I am a street size 22/24 and had lots of options to try on. I would definitely recommend the salon to anybody, and I'm so excited for my dress to come in!

Amazing place to buy a wedding dress. Nadine truly makes you feel like a princess and her, your fairy godmother. She helped me narrow down dresses and find my perfect match. So grateful to have found this incredible store ❤

Once Upon A Time Weddings
This place is truly the best place to say yes to the dress. When going over options and budgets Nadine was amazing with helping me. She could tell I was overwhelmed with family input and everytime the curtain closed she would ask how I’m feeling and listen. She would ask where my head was at with each dress and ask if I was leaning more towards a direction after each dress since I came in with no idea what I wanted. I also got our bridesmaids dresses there with Erin! Erin let me put my dress on that I had said yes to at the store for all my bridesmaids to see and so that I could get a really good picture as to what the bridesmaid dresses would look like besides my dress. They are truly amazing here and I’m so happy they were included in my wedding planning experience.

Once Upon A Time Weddings
I have been shopping for my wedding gown for over a month now. I have been to several stores and boutiques and have had varying levels of service. I would say, by far, Once Upon a Time Weddings was the best experience. Tess was an amazing consultant that listened to my likes and dislikes. By the end of my appointment she could tell by my face whether I liked a dress or not. She didn’t put me in anything I didn’t like, she was very respectful, and there was no pressure. Even though I haven’t found my dream dress yet, I would highly recommend them to everyone! And I will definitely be bringing my bridesmaids back to try on gowns! Thank you again for your outstanding service and experience Erin, Tess and the rest of the team at Once Upon a Time Weddings!

Had a fantastic time finding my wedding dress with Erin. Listen to what I wanted and showed great options, based on what I searched on their site.Went back for bridesmaids (a few times) they were super flexible with us and all the girls found their perfect dress! Once Upon A Time Weddings
I had the best experience at Once Upon a Time Weddings. I thought I’d have to compromise on finding the perfect dress, having a short engagement and getting married soon due to my Moms health. I was so so thankful to be sold the absolute perfect dress off the rack, since most dresses take 5-6 months come in. I didn’t have to miss out on my dream dress. Thank you!! Also, the woman that worked with me was wonderful! I would highly recommend this store to any bride to be.

Erin was fabulous! She took her time and understood exactly what I wanted! She inquired about the wedding colours, theme, the venue and most importantly price point!Erin was very careful not to put me in a dress over my budget without asking me first! Erin wanted to know about the whole picture of the day so she could find the perfect dress!Erin measured me and made sure to tell me my measurements then when she ordered the dress she confirmed the dress before I signed. After I left the boutique I thought about alterations and had a couple other questions. The staff was amazing at responding to my questions promptly!My dress came in way before it was expected to given Covid could have affect it!Thank you for everything in making my dreams come true ❤️

Once Upon A Time Weddings
I had seen OUAT on social media through other weddings and knew when my time came that I wanted to go and try on gowns there. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the fantastic experience I would have, even with all the positive reviews. Sharon made me feel so at ease when I wasn’t sure about something and thoroughly explained every detail about each gown. I have a feeling she knew what I wanted before I did because she left the dress I ended up buying in the dressing room even though I must have put on another eight or nine after! My maids of honour also ended up getting their dresses there a few months later. They weren’t just appointments, they are fantastic memories that I will always carry with me. If you are looking for outstanding customer service and unique wedding gowns, you don’t need to look any further.
