I have used PakShip regularly for over two years now and the service from Joanne has been first class every time. Proactive with a personal touch, and goes the extra mile.

I recently used PakShip after purchasing some unframed art from a Waddingtons auction in Toronto. I emailed them, sent my invoice for the auction, and less than a week later I received the excellently packed prints in Manitoba. Price was a bit high, but I guess that's because shipping was so fast (2 days) and it was with Purolator. Part of the fee (I suspect, but I have no idea how or if Waddingtons packs up their art) is the packing as well, which was great. As an aside, I checked Canada Post shipping costs, and 5 day shipping was around $30, while 2 day shipping was $110. Total with PakShip was a bit over $50 per print, even though the shipping cost would be the same for 1 or 2 prints. If you live in Canada and are purchasing from Waddingtons, I would recommend this service.

If you win a 888Auction they direct you to this store for shipping. This store quoted me an unbelievable price of $125 CA for an 8x6" ink on paper art piece... oh yeah

i think they recently moved from hwy 7 location. They posted a note about the moving address. I dropped off a few packages for return. Quite fast service.

I have had several occasions to use the services of PakShip in Markham and I highly recommend them for their professional pack jobs and attention to detail, even with very fragile items which require very careful handling from start to finish. They are good to provide quotes in advance of shipping and follow through with the relevant tracking info. I have had a few poor experiences with others in the shipping/packing business but PakShip is easily the very best.

I’ve used other shipping companies in the past and Pakship is hands down the best one thus far. The staff are very friendly and professional, plus their shipping rates are reasonable and competitive. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended!

I don't do International document shipping often so the entire process gives me anxiety. Luckily the attendant to the store took her time to explain the pricing, options, and delivery timeline in details.I can feel that the stress left me once I understand more about the process. I appreciate the time and effort the staff there took to reassure that my important document will get to where it need to be.Will recommend and certainly visit again if I need any more shipping done.

Dropped off an Amazon returned item at the designated Purlator bin. Was in and out of the store in less than 5 seconds. Did not engage with a staff at any point. 5 stars for convenience but subtracted 1 star because anyone could take my package and walked away with it.

I've been coming to Pakship for my shipping needs for about 3 years now. They have proved to be very reliable with good service and good prices. I do have my own accounts with the major couriers but for the volumes that I ship it is more economical and easier to just drop off my packages with Pakship. Joanne has been great to deal with and always helpful.

We recently shipped a large number of framed artworks from Toronto to Vancouver with PakShip. They picked up the pieces from the auction house, wrapped with great care, and shipped in a prompt manner.The old crumbly frames were carefully wrapped, the glass protected with film, plus paper shims to ensure the glass wouldn't shift during shipping.A job well done!
