I dealt with Eric on the sales side - no pressure, informative, patient and fair to work with.After a couple weeks of taking delivery, I had a (minor) issue with my BX2380.. however, I was worried I had done something or it was my fault. I reached out to Eric the next morning, and he immediately texted me back, and minutes later I had a call from Laura in service. She offered to get someone out within the hour.. I said the next day was best, and she kindly obliged.When the service tech, Nijoe, got to my house, he was polite, informative, and patient with all my questions. He took the time to explain what went wrong, assured me it was warranty and promptly fixed it; all the while telling me about my tractor.After Nijoe was done, he took the time to go through my whole machine with me.. as a rookie, I really appreciate the time, patience, and tips he provided.An incredible experience so far, can’t recommend enough.

Keystone offers good old fashion service and an exceptional product line of Kubota tractors. Myron Esau is very knowledgeable on all types of tractors he sellstractor back. I was referred to him by a friend of mine. In order for me to weigh the benefits of his Kubota over a John Deere, he offered to 'loan' me his new Zeroturn Z726X. $12000 tractor to take home and try out for a couple of days cutting my property. Which I did. Instead of bringing the tractor back, I purchased it because it did exactly what I wanted it to do and more.I would recommend Myron and Keystone Agri-motive to all my friends.

Had an excellent experience here at Keystone finding a few odd parts to repair my Kitchen Aid. Heather was friendly, and extremely helpful, even though Keystone did not quite have a small enough retaining ring/C-clip. The place seems well laid out and I did not have to wait in line for assistance. All in all great service!
