Their reception was extremely unaccommodating and was not very understanding when I called to try to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency. They said so why are you calling us you missed your appointment" Then she further said I had to call two weeks prior to to confirm. I explained well what happens if no one answers like last time? you are going to cancel my appointment? She furthered with a Yes

when you had a mal practice done back home and you live in alberta and dealt with a fertility clinic who claims they cant help you they send you off to who is suppose to be the best!This is by far a pure joke this clinic office. my wife was seen in 2013 where testing was forwarded over to this doctor who claimed he could do a tubal reversal but she has to pay thousands up front first.in so we didnt have that kind of money so we did advise we would be back.years went by and she called in for an appoitment recently a month ago to be seen by him again and was told to go see your gp and get a re referal! in so she did and they dont even have the balls to call her to tell her the news instead they send a fax back to the doc stating hes over booked!when calling today to speak to someone there first off the receptionist its horrible she cant speak proper english nor understands proper english which is not good.and then passes her off to a lady who can to find out they had booked her in for a test which had already been done so the doctor apparently marked her in the system as a no show and blocked her from any surgery to help get pregnant!Is this the kind of doctor you want anyhow when things happen in life or things are being not communicated properly to the patients they pay the price.im glad now im refused care because this office are horrible inconsiderate people with no compassion for anyone

Absolutely the best in Calgary… he’s kind caring , fully explains what’s happening. On the day of surgery he came to see me before the procedure again after and then again the next morning. I’m truly grateful to Dr Cenaiko and his great staff. Thank you

Great doctor. Amazing when I had my c section and his team were fantastic and so friendly. Made me feel very calm during the entire process.

Dr. Cenaiko's bedside manner is amazing. He's great at explaining anything that he will be doing. He does not rush his patients and he is most kind. Definitely would refer my friends and family to him.

The receptionist and nurse at this office are incompetent and insensitive. I had not seen the doctor in a few years but last I saw him he said come back if things change" so when things changed I called in October and asked if I could make an appt. I told her I had not seen him in years and what he had said

Delivered all 7 of my children naturally.He did all follow ups, and several circumcision.Also took care of my birth control needs as 7 was enough.I live his friendly and compassionate nature.In the office his staff are very friendly and welcoming.
