Antigonish Landfill
It's a dump, so it smells bad, worse on hot days, but the facilities are top notch. The lady at the scale house is friendly and fast, and along with a place for household garbage, there is a large composting area,(with a free truckload of finished compost for anyone who wants to go get it), recycling stations for metal, appliances, electronics, paint, containers and paper. This is also a place to see turkey vultures and eagles.
