Worst customer service ever. The branch is empty and the guy was alone in this office and still he said i am busy with other clients come on dude are you doing meeting with the ghosts ??He also told me u have to book an appointment which i can give u Monday afternoonPersonally recommending plz close this branch RBCThese kind of staff will ruin your business.......

Worst customer service you can ever imagine. I talked to one of the representative one month prior to my renewal date. They gave me a quote, price and coverage seemed decent so I agreed to the terms and cancelled my renewal with previous company I was with. Next thing you know is `I get a call from the branch and was told that because of some issue they cannot provide me a policy'.So now my policy is already expired and I was stupid enough to trust the verbal conversation.

Wish I could give them -5 stars for their service. People at this location are very lazy and do not want to do any work. If you try calling this location, no one will answer your phone for the first 5 times and if they do, they will not help you at all and ask you to come to the office.If you leave them a voicemail, they will never call you back. DO NOT go to this location. bad customer service, Stay away.
