Expert Carpet Care

Heather and Richard have cleaned everything for us, from toddler-grubby vans through aged armchairs reeking with cigar smoke to doggy-destroyed rugs with expertise at a most reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Bad bad rug cleaning. I took in 2 rugs, they both never even went through a cleaning process, I got home and they were dirty when returned to me. They just sprinkled carpet deodorizer on them which fell out onto my floor when i unrolled them. Never again. Shame on you.

Heather did an excellent job on my vehicle. There were some ground in stains that she was able to get out. 10/10 would recommend!

We had just moved into the area and realized that our diningroom, chairs after being in storage for a year were badly marked. We contacted Expert Carpet care and arranged an appointment. The wait was a reasonable time. Rich came exactly on time. He starting working on a chair and was not sure if he could clean them to our expectations. While one was drying he cleaned our basement carpet and 2 upholstered chairs. Excellent work. Back to work on the badly stained diningroom chairs. Rich worked on them for a couple of hours, concentrating on the seat stains. The next morning we examined the dry chairs and they were great. Rich takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product. We totally recommend this company and will use them again when required.

Had carpets cleaned and hardwood floors cleaned and waxed, carpet came out great, but hardwood had streaks from splashing the wax on by hand. We had them back to redo the hardwood and now many streaks on the finish . Called to ask them to come back and got an insulting voicemail back so would not recommend.

Took my Black Ford F-150 to be detailed last week. Great people detailed inside and out. Inside ofPickup turned out awesome. The outside looked good at first but once I got it home and had aCloser look it was not so good. You could see buffer circle marks all down drivers side of truck.Front bumper and rims were a mess looked like they were in a hurry and just barely gave them a wipe.

I have been delighted with every carpet cleaning I’ve had with Expert Carpet Care - at least 4 of them!! He is very professional, works quickly, neatly and is very reasonable, does exactly what you ask, can do extras like scotch guarding but in no way pressures.We’ve been in our home 13 years now and I do our bedroom, and stairs each year as an annual. Very, very happy to recommend with Expert Carpet Care!!
