These team at this location were extremely professional and more than that they helped me get back on the road safely by squeezing in a brake job in record time. Thanks to the tech and agent at the front. Our vacation would be on pause without ya!

A literal wrench in our plans. We hit a wrench on the Coquihalla and it tore our tire and then impacted itself through our bumper. Mel's team at Kal Tire saved the day and salvaged our Canada Day. They had us back on the road within a few hours, despite being long since fully booked for the day. If only Kal Tire would diversify and extend their competence and commitment elsewhere in the economy.

Received very excellent service here recently - the staff working at the desk made me feel very comfortable as they seemed organized, informed and competent. Everything they laid out as a plan of how we would proceed took place exactly as forecasted. I had hit a rock on the highway that badly damaged one of my alloy wheels on my winter set - I had purchased them from a different Kal Tire 8 years ago. They still carry the same brand and I was able to only have to replace the one wheel rather than get a whole new set.The exact wheel wasn't in stock but they got it in for me the next day, which turned out be very helpful because it was a Friday and otherwise I would have been stuck waiting over the weekend. They even brought my car inside on the Thursday night to keep it safe. Even more impressive, they were willing to inspect the tire and put it back on if it showed no signs of damage. I had been preparing myself for a $1,000+ bill but it was a fraction of that overall. All things considered, this turned a stressful event into a minor inconvenience. You can tell that everyone here takes pride in their work. Thanks guys!

Had an older RV Kal Tire took care. Excellent all round experience from start to end. They have the comfiest waiting area lounge chairs ever.

Great service, I like how they only charge for a wheel alignment if it’s needed. Most shops charge regardless. Reasonable shop rates as well.

Rush ordered me a pair of rear tires after a nonrepairable flat, and installed same day they were delivered so I could make my drive through the mountian! Very helpful staff
