Ordered the burger special. Came burnt twice. 1 hour and 45 min to get a burnt burger....no thanks

Vacation Inn Dine & Lounge
Visited twice now and will continue to make sure I visit again. Meals taste great and lots on the plate. Reasonable prices and can sit in to eat.

Didn’t get to taste any food so I won’t rate it at all…nice looking menu though. Sat and waited for 15 mins and the waitress never came to my table. Watched her serve 4 people who came in after I was already sat down. Terrible service.

Service was amazing, excellent people very nice to us. Food was good for the price and they carefully listened to our modifications to the food, we were a 7 party people with 3 non cheese eaters and they got everything right and with a huge smile! We went with kids and everything was great.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, I have been here multiple times now. Both times the food was amazing and the service was great. You definitely get what you pay for here, so I would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re hungry.

We have eaten here numerous times and have never had a bad meal. If you ever go through Valemont, make sure to stop in. And don't forget to order the cheesecake!

Very good service from Stephanie. Awesome job. Stephanie was very good with my grandson Avry. We are from Kamloops. Now we know where we can stop for a good meal and Awesome service.

Did not get a chance to eat. It was not very busy, very hot inside, and it's may, I can't imagine how bad summer will be. The bartender disappeared after wandering around aimlessly and not attempting to help the server with the tables that were backing up. I felt bad for the server who looked overheated and overworked. We left because we were exhausted and had been waiting some time without menus or drinks and simply wanted to get a quick meal and sleep. I can't speak to the quality of the food.
