4 times I've waited over 45 min for a ride. Today was the last straw. Waited 65 mins and then they canceled my ride. Unbelievably inconsistent service.Most drivers are great, but the service itself..not.Never use this if you want to get somewhere soon or if your disabled.

Honestly amazing up to about a week or so ago. I do see a brand new grand wagoneer cruising around town. I don't see the app getting better. All it does now is crash and hold funds on my cc. Not sure what happened. Amazing business. Great concept. Then kids and spouse in 100k car?

Y-Drive is really stepping up their game. They just upgraded my daughter and I into the executive ride. All I can say is wow!!! A brand new Jeep Wagoneer, it was super nice. Great for a night out on the town!!

The drivers are all amazing. Richard and Roo are always consistent when picking me up and getting me to where I need to go. However, whoever assigns the rides to the drivers is very unorganized. I’ve had countless times where I booked a ride to work the night before, and 5 mins before the driver I had was supposed to pick me up, it’s switched to someone else who is 11 minutes away and I’m late. Today, the system messed up and didn’t alert my driver that they had a prebook for me after switching my driver three times, so I was late for work. It is quite expensive when you use it regularly like myself, since the city buses are unreliable. It costs me $10-$12 for a 3 minute drive, but it’s what I need to do to get to work. Overall, drivers are all great and friendly and do well when they are able to pick me up on time. The only issue is that the dispatch service seems to be quite unorganized when assigning the rides, as they often switch it up last minute or confuse the drivers.

Amazing service. Driver Graham was great. My home is rural and I was coming from downtown. Price was cheaper than Capitol Taxi by at least $15. Don't even bother with a cab service. Y Drive is all you will ever need.

I stopped using cabs the day this company launched the app and drivers ARE THE BEST! YOU can even schedule rides in advance, they do airport runs....everything. Great drivers and friendly people.

Pretty disappointing to see a Y driver parked in front of my home for 45 minutes waiting for a school pick up idling their full size SUV not once but daily. And then doesn't get it when I ask them not to. Sad!!!!

prebooked a ride at 6:30pm for 12:45am. 3 drivers later and 20 minutes late, I finally got my ride. If you can't reliably pick up customers on a prebook, then don't offer it.
